Located in Clearwater Beach, this lovely condo for $425 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. We have the best cleaner on the beach, just read our reviews. During COVID: She is spending extra time disinfecting and sanitizing. There is hand sanitizer inside the condo for your use. From the moment you walk into this home, you will be mesmerized by the view. You don't get any closer to the beach than this. Our two bedroom/two bath condo has been remodeled from floor to ceiling including all new stainless steel appliances and furniture. The living room has two leather love seats, a huge 50inch television ready for your netflix account, and the best view in the house--13ft sliding glass doors to the balcony where you can watch the dolphins playfully swim by and gorgeous sunsets every night. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal for 2 or the whole family. The dining area has seating for 6. There is a full size washer and dryer. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and sliding door to the balcony so you can wake every morning to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico or fall asleep at night to the light of the full moon glistening off the water. The Master Bathroom has an over-size walk in shower and two sinks. The second bedroom has 3 beds: 1 full size bed and twin bunk beds. We provide beach chairs and beach towels for you to use. There is also a pac-n-play and high chair.

Beautiful condo right on the water in quiet area of Clearwater Beach but close to everything! Loved the firm bed in the primary bedroom and all the tvs. Washer/dryer also great to have. Beach chairs, towels and coolers also provided and there were lots of beach toys if you have kiddies.

Very Clean. Condo was even nicer than the pictures on VRBO. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed. You will love this place if you want a peaceful and quiet beach vacation. Many bars / restaurants / shopping are only a 10-15 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again. Having our own designated parking spot was also very helpful.

We loved our time in “A Little Bit of Paradise”! The view from the porch provided a great to wake up with a cup of coffee and a beautiful sunset at the end of our day. Our family loved the direct access to the beach. It was very easy with a 4yr old. The condo provides all your needs even some essential to get you started. The owners even provide beach equipment which was wonderful!!! The rooms were comfortable. The guest room was a great set up for our three girls. We look forward to returning.

Wow. This place was fantastic! I could sit in the condo and hear the waves and seagulls. You can step right out from the property into the white powdery sand. There were seashells galore along with viewing of dolphins, jelly fish, and other oceanic animals. Highly recommend this location for anyone wanting the quietness of the beach but yet having the nightlife within a walk away.

We had a fantastic time, property as described and we are looking to arrange another trip. Had an issue with the water heater and they were all over it in repairing/replace the unit with no interruption to our trip.

Condo was great..except 2nd bedroom. No ac in there. Put 3 fans for air support. Still at least 80 deg. Mattress on full bed was horrible. Miserable. All adults. Misrepresented guest room in add.

Location 5 star. Poor and bad cleaning. all the glassware was dirty. Bed liners and towels were old and dirty. Second bedroom mattress has a hole in the middle. Bunk bed is not safe at all, it moves from one side to another. Not safe for kids. Elevator did not work during the week. 2nd bedroom closet is a storage unit. The owner contacted me to let me know the AC had been working 24 hrs straight. Who cares about that during vacations? They charge 5 star prices for cheap service and maintenance. No bath soap, no shampoo, no shower supplies.

First and foremost, this was the cleanest condo/rental I have ever stayed in! All of the amenities were as described, the location was great- in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and attractions but far enough north to be out of the more crowded areas. Owners were very responsive to all questions. Check in instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. They had a binder full of information that was very thorough. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone!

Property very nice inside. It did advertise umbrella with beach chair, however, and it did not provide umbrella. We had to go buy one for the week. Overall, very nice unit. Beach chairs provided do need improved. Worn out and not in very good shape. Storage box for chairs/beach toys needs cleaned and fixed.

Our family of five (older kids 22, 19 and 16) enjoyed our after Christmas week stay in the Colony Surf unit. Views of the beach were beautiful from the second floor. Unit was very clean and well equipped. The unit is about a 5-10 block walk to restaurants, shops and the pier. I would definitely recommend. This end of the beach is very quiet.

This was the best rental property we have EVER stayed in. The temperpedic king mattress in the main bedroom was heavenly!!! Everything you would possibly need was in the unit. Fans, laundry machines, AMAZING view, an elevator for those who can’t do stairs. Second bedroom with tv and room to sleep 4 was spectacular. Access to the beach is an elevator ride down. On the part of Clearwater beach away from the tourist area. Super clean. Plenty of linens. Beach towels too!! We WILL be back again!! Thank you for a great experience!!

The condo was a great fit for us, two adults and three teenagers. It’s far enough away from the busier portions of the beach yet still within easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The view is amazing! You are right on the beach! Owners are beyond helpful (even checked in with us to see if we were ok during Tropical Storm Nicole). If we visit Clearwater again one day, this condo will be he first place we’ll look to stay. Thank you!

This property is literally on the sand with the most amazing sea view! The property is very tastefully decorated and well looked after by the owners. The moment we walked in the door and saw the view, we were amazed and delighted with our choice. The property is well appointed with excellent quality appliances, the beds and furniture were very comfy, and the bath towels and bedding were lovely quality. The owners were very helpful with any queries we had and very quick to respond. We won't hesitate to book again. My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon in 09/2022. We had never been to Clearwater, FL but it did not take long for us to fall in love with the area. The property was amazing! It was so clean, very private, easy access to the beach, and the best sunset view ! We could not have asked for me perfect place to stay and definitely will be coming back!

Property was beautiful and right on the beach. Air conditioner could not keep up with the heat. Lowest the temperature in the condo got was 78. Not being able to have an alcoholic drink on the beach wasn't the worst thing in the world, but I guess I should have done some research. Water was clear and beautiful. Beach was family friendly.
