To sum up our stay, Edgar was so nice and very helpful. We got easily communicated to him despite the language barriers.

I like its ambiance and everything in that compound. So peaceful and calm.

Superb

We suggest that the extra bed should not be attached to the wall. Guest should be able to move it to accommodate their luggage. The way the room is laid out, we had trouble setting up the luggage in the room.

Fully SATISFIED with EVERYTHING

- It's clean, bright and almost everything is new. - Kitchen utensils are sufficient for cooking (even sponge, dishcloth, detergent complete). - There is a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and even clothespins. - The yard is spacious and quiet. - It is located in a quiet place. - Avlabari metro station is not far, so it's not difficult to get to Old Tbilisi. (There is a minibus number 576 in front of the accommodation to Avlabari metro station.) - A good fruit and vegetable shop is nearby. - The staffs are friendly and quick to respond to requests. - It seems to be suitable for a long stay. - I am grateful that I was able to finish my trip to Georgia for a month at a satisfactory accommodation like this.

Best and peaceful place to stay

Apartment was clean, and everything was ready there, The hosts are very communicative and responsible. It was a nice staying apartment in real.

The location for walk doesn't seems safe at late night. Rest all were good about the place. If you are planning to hire a car for going around. This is the best and peaceful location.

Vasil and Edgar was so polite, thanks for their hospitalty. The apartment was so clean and comfortable.

the location of the apartment. it's located in a high point of Tbilisi so whenever we want to get back the apartment, we had to use Bolt/taxi.

Apartments are completely ready for life: kitchen, induction stove, plates, forks, knives, cups, kettle, fridge, washing machine. Interior of perfect aesthetic and cleanness. Beautiful backyard. Incredibly helpful and responsible owner and stuff.

It was a great experience to stay in this place. The place is quiet but at the same time in a city center. In 15 minutes you can reach The Bridge of Peace and many other sights. A studio, where I lived, was quite clean and cozy. And I really like the service, the host is very polite, provided a transfer from the airport in a middle of a night, I highly appreciate that. Thank you!

I would highly recommend the place. Not far from city center, calm and nice district.

We arrived earlier than planned, the host nicely provided the place. The apartment is really good one, clean, convenient . Really loved it.

Great place!

Very good place. Located not far from city centre. Had everything that I need and a comfortable yard as a bonus. The host was nice and helpful. Really like the place!

Location doesn't have too many shops and restaurants around. But city centre not so far, and there you can find a plenty of that.

I highly recommend this guesthouse. I liked the hospitality of the owner, the perfect cleanliness in the room and on the territory of the hotel, as well as the location (not far from the old town, about 2 km). The hotel itself is located in a quiet area, 100 meters away there is a small grocery store. The free airport transfer was also very helpful.

Not all guests like to cook for themselves in the morning. Therefore, breakfasts, as well as hotel services, would not hurt

Best place to live in piece and harmony

Stunning cozy place and hosts. Apartments has all we needed. There were clean and well equipped! Nice yard, where you can have breakfast or whatever you want in piece and palms:)

A highly recommended family friendly place to stay in the heart of Tbilisi

The property provided free airport transfer for our arrival and departure. Keys were handed over once we arrived at the property from the airport. Proper bedding sets and towels were provided. Basic kitchen glassware essentials were provided. Clothes iron and station, and hair dryer were also available. Toiletries were also provided but I will suggest to bring your own to cater for your personal preferences. The bathroom is good for ALL as they have installed a "bidet". =) The garden area was spacious, clean, and very nice. Edgar is very nice. Edgar's brother very helpful. And Vasili, very accommodating. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The shower (wet) area should have a floor separator from the dry area, to keep the bathroom dry and clean.

The Greatest Tbilisi Hotel!

I have tried five hotels in Tbilisi. This is the best one, because they have invested in the best utilities and conditions from the start: Great kitchens, clean bathrooms, comfy beds, nice tables, good lighting, etc. When you make good investments, they last a long time. So, even if you are reading my review in 2023, 2024, or 2025, I am confident Nice Apartments will still be the greatest!

clean and new house with warm and comfortable ambient

the unit was so clean and comfortable it’s appliance was so new and clean it was the same as pictures and maybe better the host was so kind and helpful and so hospitalized check in was so easy and we left out luggage there for and hours until our flight.

The room is big and very clean, everything needed is available. The price and performance are great. There is a free transfer from the airport to the hotel. Edgar and Vasili are helpful and humble. You don't need to stay in another hotel, just book and see.

Modern and clean accomodation close to Holy Trinity Cathedral

The accomodation is very clean and neat. Everything can be found at the property for basic needs. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is nice and clean. The beds are nice and comfortable, there is a huge cardboard to store your items. Bathroom items are also provided. The host is very friendly and ready to help if needed.

Only thing I can mention here is that there was not enough toilet paper provided for the three of us that stayed there, but that's just a small note.

Comfortable and quite place close to the city center

Love everything about the place. They have very accommodating host. The apartment is clean and exactly what you see in the photo. Room is spacious and has comfortable bed. They have bidet in the toilet, which is a plus. The apartment location close to centre, accessible by walking, but we prefer to take taxi and public bus. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and friendly. Overall, We had a great stay.
