Not as advertised

This was very. Disappointing not at all like the photos. Oor suite was a room closed in under a sundeck... Very odd I doubt legal. Obviously hastily put together to earn money as paint and wood trim not finished. Floor transitions unfinished. Some lights did not work.. No Sound proofing as people were thumping around above us and a baby was crying which we could hear very clearly. Room was cold, not terribly clean under the bed was dirty.One of the baseboard heaters had old food and crud in it. Outside was a mess with a bunch of garbage covered with tarps. We have used booking.com extensively.And this was extremely disappointing

Bed comfortable but would not recommend or stay again.

Beds were comfortable, wifi was good & location was good.

This property was unclean, from the toilets and showers to the bedding and hot tub. I found hair in our bed that wasn't ours....filth on the back of the toilet. The occupants upstairs were noisy, and awake late - like 4am, the cigarette smoke could be smelled in the bathroom. The hot tub was NOT clean.

Very good

It was as described. The bed is very comfortable.

There was central AC from the main floor and the basement was too cold. The tv from the living room never worked. We advised it was for 3 persons and only 2 Towles left, we had to reuse a wet one. The ad said it was a pool but was never told that we had to advise 3 hours previous so they could heat it up. We were never able to get in.

Great stay in Vancouver

Fantastic find close to City and Airport. Bed was so comfortable. Great kitchen with all amenities. Best thing was the back garden and hot tub! Didn't try the pool but it looked inviting!

We were so amazed with this relaxing stay.

Guest was so spontaneous and helpful. PARVESH was so accommodating that ge let the pool heat run for us. We used the Hottub , it was so relaxing. Apartment was so clean , spacious and spotless. The amazing garden view from the front big window and pool view from the kitchen window. It has a huge kitchen and double door fridge with water purifier and ice dispenser. We loved the unlimited coffee access and the baking facilities. The hosts offered us barbecue in the backyard for small gas fee, but I guess it was already too much for our one night stay. We spent so much time at this apartment that it took all our sightseeing time. Can’t wait to be back.

I wish there were more accommodations like this! I was so impressed :)

Truly as the name defines "Resort Style living". I traveled with my family and all of them were amazed with the property I booked. It had an amazing garden view from the living room. The best thing was that we had two smart tvs one in living room and the other in bedroom. We all enjoyed a movie in living room by the beautiful fireplace. I have never seen such an amazing kitchen in any accommodation, it had a french door big refrigerator, big cooking range with baking, overhead microwave, kettle, coffee make, rice cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, bread toaster and enough crockery and cutlery. I was surprised that they even had wine glasses, wine openers, and can openers, just wow. We enjoyed cooking our meals and easy washing in the dishwasher. The backyard is just so amazing, with a full private forest view and the creek water sound is so meditating. The outdoor pool is great and beautiful it has a gas heater, they turned it on for us, but unfortunately, it was too cold weather. The host offered us to use HotTub complimentary, which was so kind of him and we absolutely enjoyed our time relaxing there. My next Vancouver trip I will try to book this accommodation for my entire duration, as it was fully booked for coming week when I wanted to extend my stay :(

I wish they had more accommodation like this, as I tried to book it for a longer duration and it was not available. :(

poor parking, and non stop noise from upstairs. I didn’t stay more than 20 minutes.

Disappointing but reasonably priced

The bed was comfortable and the apartment was newly renovated. The location was close to the highway and stores.

The swimming pool was cold, and there were multiple apartments in the same house overlooking the pool. As a result we didn't use it. The people above us were quite noisy. The TV was hanging from the ceiling which made it uncomfortable to watch. The description of the apartment described 3 beds, however there was 1 comfortabel bed and a very uncomfortable pull-out bed.

Our second time and we still enjoyed it!! The kids loved the beautiful pool and I appreciated the comfortable lounge chairs by the beautiful mature trees and tons of gorgeous flowers (a beautiful oasis!) to relax and keep an eye on the kids.

There was nothing we didnt like other than we left too early but we were thankful for the comfortable and restful sleep in the huge bed and a warm shower before our long drive back home!

It was a great stay! I loved all the beautiful flowers and greenery...a lot of work put into it! It is a beautiful little haven. The bed was so comfy and I loved the full fridge and coffee maker!

Nothing we didnt like! Mother nature blessed us with a cold rainy day so we chose not to use the pool as I would have froze coming out but we plan on sunshine for our next stop, so we will enjoy the pool then 😉

We've booked this place the same afternoon due to unplanned change in our programs. The apartment is very comfortable and cosy. At the same time it was clean and with all amenities in the kitchen. The self checkin (the host will provide you with a code to open the door) is perfect for any late chekin. And finally, the host is very kind and friendly. I definitively suggest this apartment for whoever is looking for a cool apartment with an high value for money.

bed was comfortable bathroom was spotless and i would stay here again

location was quiet; bed was comfortable (that's a must for me) and bathroom was spotless. if we had been staying for a couple of days it had a lovely backyard with a pool and ravine lot. i would stay here again now that we know where we are going and the hosts are fine.

could hear owners upstairs walking around and watching tv til after midnight - not a lot of insulation in the floors. while the suite was obviously nearly new, the finishing was pretty unique - but i'm married to a builder. It took a lot of emails to actually know we had somewhere to sleep that night even though i booked online as they then advised the suite we booked wasn't available. in the end it worked out though.

Excellent value, will be back!

Very good, friendly communication. Suite has everything in the listing, very clean, excellent value! Will be coming back and staying longer next time. Close to highways, was very easy getting between ferry and downtown Vancouver with a car. Definitely recommending to friends. The two of us sharing the king bed couldn't agree if it was too soft or not soft enough, but it was comfy and we slept well. The person on the futon had a great sleep too.

Loved our stay. Very happy that the hosts were very friendly and attentive to us.

Friendliness and attentiveness of the hosts. Also liked the size of the room and facilities. Great that we had Wi-Fi and a wide array of cable channels on 2 TVs! Enjoyed our stay.

Shower head should be changed and water pressure increased. Other than that, we're fine with the rest.

We liked that our room was clean and inviting. The towels were folded up very elegantly and for the price for the room per day couldn't be beat by any other hotels around the city. The location was great and just a few minutes drive away from Vancouver Downtown and other popular indian restaurants attractions. The place is managed by owners who reside upstairs and they are very helpful and friendly folks. Room is huge for a family and there is an exceptionally well maintained pool which over looks a forest patch/valley. Overall it's a great hotel! I'm a an Edmonton resident who lives 12 hours away and I'll definitely book the place again for my future trips. Thanks for hosting us :)

They were really quick to address any problems

Pool heater was broken. Shower was broken. It was tidy but not clean. Ad did not mention shared entry and shared laundry. Not very many dishesor pots and pans.

Good for restful stay! Nice suite and kind hosts.

Bed was comfortable, nice kitchen, easy access to a very spacious suite. Had a good sleep from the quiet location. Parking was convenient. Hosts were helpful and prompt in replying to questions.

Would have liked a blow dryer.
