A lovely visit

An amazing place to stay. Cozy, extremely comfortable room and yummy breakfast every morning. The hosts were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. They provided great visit suggestions. Wish I had taken advantage of the beautiful back yard.

Exceptional

Gary and Sharon were lovely and knowledgeable and the breakfast was excellent. It was also super nice that we got to do laundry. It felt more like visiting family friends rather than staying in a hotel.

The hosts are such lovely people. They are exceptionally helpful, generous and kind. The breakfast was also wonderful and the room was very comfortable.

We had a great sleep in the nicely decorated loft, and Gary and Sharon make us feel very welcome.

The loft was very comfortable and spacious, and the continental breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit, home baking, and great coffee. Thanks, Gary and Sharon, for making this a relaxing stay.

Terrific experience with genuine hosts - truly fabulous!

Excellent friendly hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and part of the family! Accommodations were very comfortable and you could make yourself at home with ease! Lots of great conversations and laughs!

A microwave in the bedroom would be a bonus.

Excellent stay.Lovely room, comfy bed, quiet, and friendly cats a dog. Highly recommend staying here

The bed was divine. Enjoyed the jacuzzi tub, the size of the loft and bathroom, the friendly cats and dog, the fresh fruit for breakfast, cleanliness-‘, and the friendliness of the hosts.These hosts are profetand know what they are doing, right down to a Keurig, mini-fridge and Lindt chocolates in the guest room.

More of a wish than a dislike: I would have liked a carrot or bran muffin with raisins as an option. The bagel was very good and came with cream cheese, jam and peanut butter.

Exceptional comfort with memorable hosts in a cute town!

A wonderful couple who welcomed us into heir comfortable home! The backyard was gorgeous and the loft was so light, beautifully appointed -/ they thought if everything, including a Jacuzzi!

We liked it all! They even gave us homemade banana bread as we left

Disappointing, uncomfortable, conflict over something created distance and apology offered

The hosts seemed friendly and very generous to offer use of kayaks. He graciously helped load and unload them onto our truck. He made a lovely fruit plate and good coffee. Very willing to accommodate our needs.

Alternate pillow in closet didn’t find. Tried sm decorator pillow w/case. 😞 Circulation provided by ceiling fan with blackout curtain on single window closed was not optimum. Stand up fan tried, unable to move to best position. Host put air conditioning on good after requested. Lost 2 nights sleep. Airflow hindered having to close black-out curtain for privacy as light outside lights up room.

We came for race weekend in Penticton! Staying with Gary & Sharon was truly a pleasure !

I loved everything about staying with Gary & Sharon, they made our stay so wonderful! The breakfast was great and i loved sitting in the backyard, so quiet and relaxing. They truly went above and beyond for us!

We had a very relaxing holiday! We came as guests and felt that we left as friends!🤗

The room was very private, lots of natural sunlight, the decor was very inviting and cozy! The jacuzzi was a bonus. The continental breakfast was always fresh and delicious. What we found best was the owner’s hospitality, warmth and how they made us feel at home!

Had to walk through the house to get to the room, but not so bad when you got used to it.

comfortable, cozy, perfect for our purposes - we had breakfast outside in the sunshine in the morning and if it got too hot, we sat under the pergola in the back yard

The house is warm and charming, as is the hospitality.

I especially loved having my coffee out in the garden with the vine covered gazebo, fireplace, waterfeature and a snuggling cat and dog. Delightful! The host, Gary made me feel comfortable and relaxed with interesting conversation and local information. Thank you!

Everything was exceptional. Gary and Sharon were fabulous hosts! Enjoyed their conversations and information for outings - things to see/do within the area. They respected our privacy when we wanted to have our special moments. Code worked just fine; Keys not needed for our entire stay. Loved the salmon cream cheese with bagels for breakfast and all conversations with Alexa - she rocks, but can't bring the coffee! Buddy and Oscar and Rikki just part of the traditional family greeting! The hot tub was a serene experience.

Wonderful stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed with Gary and Sharon for three nights and our stay was absolutely wonderful! Gary and Sharon are wondering and accommodating people who go out of their way to make you feel at home and welcome. Breakfast was amazing and consisted of coffee/tea, a huge assortment of fruit, and bagels with a variety of spreads. The loft itself was super clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including towels, facecloths, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, and bubble bath for the jacuzzi. You can tell Gary and Sharon put lots of effort into keeping the room nice! I would easily recommend the Sunshine and Wine Loft to anyone looking for a nice stay in Penticton, and my boyfriend and I will definitely rebook with them if we’re ever back in the area!
