best room so far

this is the first time that i’ll write a review in booking.com because i was really satisfied with our stay here and i hope they maintain the cleanliness of the rooms. this place by far is the cleanest room we’ve ever been in, even more pristine than the 5 star hotels we’ve been to. as someone na namamahay whenever i sleep in other places, this is the most comofortable room ive been in. maybe it’s new, pero ang linis talaga! hindi ka maaasiwang kumilos. the bed is also so fresh and new. hindi nakakakilabot higaan. the only downside is mejo mahina ang wifi, but no worries cos malakas naman data. the room we had was ground floor and overlooking the beach, it was the best! the staff are very friendly and accommodating as well, the most approachable front desk staff, talagang ieexplain muna nang mabuti ang mga bagay bagay which i alppreciate. there are very few restos nearby, but no biggie cos this is only walking distance from station 2 as well. the beach? altho not as clear and sand not as white as the other side (stations 1-3), hindi naman katulad ng stations 1-3 na sobrang crowded, so we rlly appreciate the location and maeenjoy talaga yung nature, parang solo mo buong beach. we were sad to stay for only 2 nights, cos i was rlly comfortable and satisfied with the room.

Not worth the money

Room right by the beach, quite area but near town, staff helpful if request, nice interior design

Anyone could have a look into our room at the ground floor, which was somewhat annoying. Different windows would've been feel more private. They only provide four bottles of water after requesting they gave us some more. No smart TV, no hot showers on the second day. They tried to fix it but it didn't make a difference. Wine, coffee and maschine had their prices. All in all we expected more worth for the money and description.

Very convenient location, I was even surprised it was located 5 mins away D'mall which was awesome! Chose this hotel because of the sea view room for my parents and they definitely loved it! Staff was very accommodating and friendly, really made us feel at home. Plus points for Ginger the cute hotel doggy. All in all recommended and will be coming back for sure.

Beautiful property at perfect location

The rooms are literally on the Bulabog beach. Glass door of the rooms makes the view of the beach mesmerising in the evening. Bed was comfortable and decor was nice too. The pantry/dining area on the first floor is gorgeously decorated. The property owner has a very cute dog named Ginger, who will hang on the beach and give you kisses.

Exceptional hotel!

Amazing location in front of the beach. We loved our room on the ground floor. It seemed like we were sleeping on the beach in a great design room. You can hear the sound of the sea from the room! Everything was super clean.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was no filtered water to refill your bottle, but only plastic bottles in the fridge. Not very eco-friendly 😔

IT has exceeded my expectation. I am sure I will be coming back.

Very quiet. Comfortable. Staff like Rosie and Luds have been extremely kind and helpful. They made sure that I enjoy every second of my stay.

Only the frontal view and the front staffs are nice.

1. Room is too small...i couldn't believe it was real. 2. They don't change the towers or clean the room likes a Hotel. It looks a Hostel. But, at last if the place its call Hotel they should change the towers and make the beds likes the service in a Hotel , that's what we was expecting. But since we use Booking.com we did trust to booked it. 3. The room with a bad acoustic , too noisy you can hear everthing outside specially cause next to Hotel there is a Bar , people crossing the front street shouting 2am, people walking inside of the Hotel, people talking from they rooms..we could hear everthing midnight. 4.The bathroom there are no space even to move around, the hairdrair is old. The sink its too small you can't put any higienic things on it so we put out things on the floor. 5. The queen size bed is fine but the extra bed its mini small, its not for an adult use it. My partner end up sleeping on the floor, we asq for a blanket for put on the floor they said they don't have it ..i can't belive a place called Hotel don't have a blanket . 6. I can't reccomend this place for families, there are no space for even moving in the room. 7. After first night we just want leave for another hotel.

Good for short stays

The vibe was great and the interior design is aesthetically pleasing.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. We were given a mosquito spray but it didn’t exactly help - we had to buy a mosquito patch. We also got our laundry done and I lost a piece of clothing. We asked them about this but never got back to us about it at all - it’s very negligent.

everything. the place has complete amenities. they also have a pantry where you can cook food or reheat food. mini-fridge where you can store your perishables. very clean. very close to station 2 and has a million dollar view. perfect for those who will do kite surfing. the only thing i feel bad about is that i did not book longer with this place. will definitely go back.

Our room has its own entrance which means it is not guarded, although for other rooms, you need to pass by the counter. Unless you want a beachfront view, opt for the higher floors

It was great!

It's design and location. I love the owners personal touches in every room. The paintings and the architecture evoke a cultural identity of a modern Filipino. It is right in front Bulabog Beach

The outdoor lights don't have a switch in room. How I wish I could switch it off before the sunrises to enjoy the dawn well.

Fabulous value for money, a peaceful place to stay, still a walkable distance from the Bora action

Fantastic value for money. Palassa Private Residences is situated in Balabag, also called the "back beach." It's a beautiful beachfront property with a great balcony view. And this is the quiet beach, so expect peaceful evenings. The rooms are modestly sized and comfortable. The design is also pretty cool. Finally, the staff are friendly and warm. All in all, it's a great value for money and a fantastic place to stay if you're looking for a quiet place to sleep in Boracay while still staying a short walk from the action.

Not totally a negative point: just a heads up that this is located on the opposite side of the "front beach" (Stations 1-3). While that means peaceful nights, it also means a 5-minute walk to the main road and 10 minutes to the front beach. Not too bad, if I may say so. One thing I wasn't fully happy about was the room wasn't cleaned during my 3-night stay. I just wasn't sure if this is as expected since the rules weren't explained to me fully.
