Lovely hotel. Please feed the cat during your stay.

This is a well run hotel with nice staff in a good location. Most foreigners choose the rooms at the back overlooking the pool or garden. I chose a room at the front overlooking the river and bridge, complete with all the noise from lit up venues across the river. I liked it and slept surprisingly well. There are a couple of comfortable chairs on the balcony from which to enjoy the view. Breakfast comprised the usual eggs, sausages, toast etc but also included a tasty Thai dish and rice, as well as great coffee and a selection of juices and fruit. For a small hotel, they put on quite a spread. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The owners also seem to be lovely people. The gardens surrounding the pool are lovely. The hotel thrives on colour - even a multi coloured window panel in the bathroom door. I highly recommend this place.

I don't have any criticism of the hotel. The only 'negative' for me was the orange stray cat that appears on the footpath in the evening and appears to want to play and be affectionate. It's really using all its charm to try and coax some food. I bought it tins of mackerel and sardines from the 7/11 next door and fed it off the path (it gets scared) on a plastic bag. I would love the hotel to adopt it and feed it, but the owners have a dog, so I guess this is not an option. Buy something for the cat to eat. It's a sweet creature - too nice to be without a home.

Would love to stay here again!

This was the best place we've stayed so far. Great location, wonderful friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile, great breakfast, room serviced every day, land lovely pool to escape the heat of the day. Can't fault it.

Good for a short stay, but the air conditioning needs some attention.

The receptionist greeted is warmly on arrival and was a delight throughout: so helpful and friendly. She spoke excellent English too. The room decoration is a bit dated, but it was spacious and there was plenty of room.for our things. Windows on both sides made it bright. Breakfast had a reasonable choice.

The air conditioning in our first room did not work at all well. We were moved and, although it was better, the air conditioning in the new room also took a long time to cool the room, which got very hot when we were out. Unfortunately there was an issue with the internet on one of the nights so we had to go to reception to connect.

Like the property, to bad they can not make rooms quieter.

Property was nice, lots of vegetation. very friendly staff. the Breakfast was good.

Room are not sound prof, could hear people next door. and hear people open and close there doors. I happen to be there when Families with younger kids. I was in bottom floor and they where on 2nd floor. Kids running all over. Made very noisy in room.

Will stay again!

the room was very big, clean, safe and quiet. the staff was amazing - super friendly and helpful. large selection of food at breakfast. location was good for night market. the road is busy but once you get inside you don’t notice.

the bed was hard but seems to be standard in thailand hotels. a little far from the old city , but it’s worth it for the price and the amenities

Great place to stay. welcoming

A good value base and comfortable stay in Chiang Mai.

The hotel is a pleasant family run business located near the river and ideally located for access to bars and restaurants. The amenities are clean and breakfast is okay.But the stand out reason for me were the friendly and helpful staff.

The shower in the room had no pressure, otherwise all good.

If you want to sleep - don't stay at this hotel

The location was terrible as near to club that started very loud music from 10pm and I have no idea when it finished - I think 2 or 3am in the morning. I asked for a quiet room and did not get one. I had to use earplugs and I could still hear the music. I am surprised hardly mentions this - it suggests that some of the reviews are fake.

Like coming home. The location is great, close to the night bazar (somewhat reduced these days), good restaurants(try Riverside, a short walk along theMae Ping river) or Coconut Shell (special ingrediens: made with the heart), next to Rimping Supermarket. But best of all: the staff.

The best Hotel one

-First look of hotel outside, it made me remind Khaosan RD tiny hotel or Hostel, but inside of hotel made me remind high quality Hotel, MOST IMPRESSIVE! -The staffs are really great. -Breakfast also good! -Near Local Markets(Gad Luang and Gad Sampakoi) and Chiangmai Night Bazaar.(Near Thapae Gate also but walk around 10 minutes)

Hmm....Just only Water Heater in my room. Adjust almost MAX level but still not quite warm.

Great location for Loi Krathong

Location was excellent for Loi Krathong, room had a balcony overlooking the iron bridge and was amazing to see everything and of course step outside for the market stalls, fireworks and lanterns. We were a little worried about the noise but soundproofing from outside was really good. Bed was super comfy. Shower was surprisingly powerful and hot. We got up too late for the breakfast.

Nothing. Its a basic hotel, very close to Loi Kroh road and the old city, at a good price.

Great riverside hotel with a pool and comfortable rooms

- really welcoming staff who made us feel right at home - if you choose a riverside room, you get a beautiful view of Ping river, and the traffic noise isn't too loud either - useful location if you want to stay outside the old city by the river, and also great to get to the train station - comfortable room with lots of desk space which is great

Friendly and helpful staff, consistently very clean, and great location. We loved the balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel is very close to the Night Bazaar, stores and restaurants but also a bit quieter as it isn’t in the middle of all the hubbub. Breakfast is good too!

Wonderful!

This is definitely the best place you could possibly wish to stay . The people were so kind ( everyone) so helpful! . Breakfast was absolutely delightful, many choices. Clean! The location is great for walking to many temples , points of interest .
