Real 5 stars in everything that was on offer.

Everything was very good. Breakfast was excellent and the staff in all areas were extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future.

Geweldig!

De locatie is top! Gezellige omgeving. Heerlijk ontbijt, de restaurants zijn goed! De bar verdieping 44 is prachtig! Ongelofelijk aardig personeel. We zijn verwende reizigers, maar hier komen we graag terug! En ook het wandelingetje naar het prachtige strand was goed te doen.

1. Персонал. Доброжелательный персонал, сотрудники готовы решить ваши вопросы, пойти на встречу. Быстро организовали поздний выезд, сами предложили продлить чуть больше, чем мы просили, чтобы был запас по времени на сборы (и пригодилось). Очень оперативно помогают с сумками, с такси и тп. При заселении пришлось немного подождать наших спутников - напоили вкусным чаем с медом в качестве комплимента от отеля. 2. Лобби. Красивый, просторный холл, вечером горят настоящие свечи, живые цветы. 3. Уборка номеров. 10ка сотрудникам, занимающимся уборкой. Очень аккуратно и, можно сказать, с душой. 4. ОЧЕНЬ удобная кровать и матрас. Подушки на любителя, но нам зашли. 5. Большой промежуток для завтрака - и для ранних, и для поздних пташек подходит. На завтраке в целом есть все, что необходимо. Вкусные фрукты. 4. Расположение. Здесь есть и плюсы и минусы. Плюс за прямой выход на набережную канала и возможность выехать без особых пробок. 5. Обилие неплохих ресторанов прямо в отеле.

1. Предложили апгрейд категории номера, сначала за доплату, затем со скидкой, потом совсем бесплатно. Мы сначала согласились, но оказалось, что «улучшенный» номер выходит окнами на стройку. Пришлось менять обратно на свой, который «смотрел» на море. Стоит иметь это в виду. 2. При открытых окнах шумно - слышно либо стройку, либо дорогу (если номер в сторону моря дорогу слышно ОЧЕНЬ). В пятницу может быть музыка из бара. Вопрос решается закрытыми окнами. 3. Когда только зашли в номер был небольшой запах затхлости или не совсем нового номера. Решилось проветриванием в течение нескольких часов, пока гуляли. 4. На некоторых элементах мебели есть потертости (кушетка у кровати - грязновата и потерта, присаживаться желания не возникло; шкафы внутри). Но не критично. 5. На завтраке между 10:00 и 11:00 утра стоит очередь на посадку, один раз простояли минут 10. Но официанты носят сок, чтобы не так утомительно было стоять:-))) 6. Также на завтраке при рассадке не всегда охотно сажают на террасу, приходится повторить просьбу) 7. До пляжа либо идти минут 15, тк приходится обходить квартал (не 5), либо бежать через дорогу и пролезать вокруг забора😅 8. До основных «развлечений» на набережной залива и до наиболее активной и оживленной части набережной канала (в районе Marina Mall) придется прогуляться. Это не минус, просто заранее нужно оценивать по карте, насколько часто и куда вы планируете гулять.

1. First and most importantly, I paid almost 30,000 AED for 2 rooms and upon check-out the hotel demanded that I pay another 11,399 AED for service + taxes. What? Almost 40% service + taxes? Are you kidding me? Aren't all these fees and taxes included in the final price I pay upon entry? I paid for a room from February 19 to 24, and checked out on February 23, so I lived 1 day less. The hotel did not offer me a refund of the cost of one day of accommodation (which is almost 1000 US dollars per day), but at the same time it requires me to pay several thousand euros extra? What kind of mathematics is this? What kind of finance? 2. Breakfast in the next building, you need to walk through the entire courtyard, go up and down the elevator. 3. The hotel did not offer dental kit. I had to call and demand it from the administrator. What's this? Luxury quality? 4. Upon arrival, a hotel employee warned me that the hotel's restaurants were very popular, with a hint that I should make dinner reservations in advance. I booked. I came - an ordinary pizzeria, where 90% of the tables are empty (I attach a photo). What is this? Luxury service? I conclude that I was simply misled in order to sell a place in an unclaimed hotel restaurant.

Great location and beautiful hotel

Beautiful location close to the marina, walkways, restaurants and plenty of activities. Room had a beautiful view and I really liked the carpet

The breakfast could use some alternative options. We were there for 5 days and the menu was the same except for maybe 2 items that they switched around. I would have appreciated a couple of different hot options.

Fabulous Hotel, great staff. All exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to visiting again!

Our room was amazing, we were upgraded to a 2 bed room suite. Lovely big rooms with all tastefully decorated. Huge, massive bed was very comfortable. We ate out at Indego by Vineet. What an experience! Totally amazing food, great staff who adhered to our request of not rushing the meal. We couldn't finish all of our tasting menu, so we took it back up to our room. Tasted just as good the next day. Can't wait to go back there!

Our mini bar was empty, and the shower wasn't the hottest but as we were only staying a couple of nights, we let reception know on our checkout

Good but could have been great.

It’s a nice looking property with all amenities

Service can be better and more prompt. Calling housekeeping or laundry or maintenance and having them come took forever. We once had laundry services coming without pos and not having card services overnight. The bathroom door and veranda door got locked two times and had to be fixed by maintenance which was also a bummer. What was great was meeting the duty manager on our check out, who listened to our concerns and actually refunded a nights stay. That was exceptional.

Superb hotel in Dubai Marina with several amazing restaurants at the property

Great quality of rooms, service and facilities. The rooms are of a normal DUbai size and well equipped. Most have bath and shower. The view from the floors higher up is breathtaking and shows some of the best architecture Dubai has to offer. The bar at the top floor has a great assortment of whiskey.

There is nothing that comes to mind regarding the hotel rooms or the food, as all that is perfectly arranged. The hotel pool itself is small and lies part of the day in the shadow which is fine in the summer heat. However access to the larger pools at the Meridien is included in the stay.

A Luxury Stay ..

This is a 10 Stars Hotel not just 5, It’s huge and literally a Luxury Hotel. There is no word would describe the service unbelievably amazing. The smell of this hotel in every place inside it including the room is got is amazing. The bed is so so so so comfortable i would rate the quality 10/10. The room decoration is wonderful. The room service dinning in services is amazing and the waiters are so respectful that one day i forgot to remove the DND and ordered some food they did not knock the door or ring the bell, they called me and informed me that the guy is in front of my door waiting for me to take the food, RESPECT. The amenities in the room are high quality and has a nice smell i really liked the Mambo Tree Toothbrush.. The concierge 10/10 The valet parking: I never waited at the door they just come right at you to take it immediately.. Professional There is a supermarket in the lobby. Nearby shops and supermarkets, Al-Marsa and Marina is just nearby and you can go from the door of the hotel within steps you can enjoy the view of It, i really enjoyed it. JBR within mins you’ll be there.. I came as a Honeymooner and once i informed them they upgraded my room to an apartment thank you for the two girls who were in the reception at night shift they were so nice with us and assured that special arrangements will be done to my room with a special cake which was very tasty and the flowers was a nice gesture. A special thanks for Mr. Griffin and Mr. Sam this hotel is lucky to have them really.. Thank you so much and thanks to the management you made my stay amazing. Regards,

Amazing!

I was so blown away with the service, the cleanliness and how prompt the cleaning was. It felt like everytime I left the room I came back to fresh everything ! Maryiah booked me in, saw that I was pregnant and upgraded our room! She was sooo friendly and helpful, I've never met someone in a hotel like her. Thank you for everything!

We absolutely love visiting Dubai for our mini holidays! ♥️

The staff (Guest Services, Concierge, Room Services, Spa facilities to name a few!) at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Dubai Marina are very professional and friendly, they all go above and beyond and made our stay very comfortable. The location of the hotel is great too! The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and had fantastic view (we got upgraded so win win all round ☺️) I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone planning to visit Dubai PS: highly recommend a visit to the Spa facilities in Tower 2!
