Central and clean, however no sound isolation in rooms, a few times woken up by neighbours walking upstairs, and old. On

Clean and very central.

Most negative point was: you could hear how your neighbors upstairs are walking VERY loudly (might even wake you up)! Also, bath needs urgent renovation and the hotel looks way better in pictures.

Exceptional location!

Exceptional location. You are on the main road, next door to a museum, a stones through from the Parliament building and Bus Stop 1, and opposite a great resturant. Opposite a road full of shops and resturants and around the corner from Rainbow Road. Great price considering the location and in comparison to many other hotels.

Great place to stay. Would book again and recommend.

This hotel really is in the middle of where you want to be. Bus stop1 is around the corner. Practically every tour pick up collects and drops off from there. Clean. Spacious with a small bar. There is a supermarket beside the hotel for snacks. Great reception. Good house keeping staff.

Breakfast was a bit of a scrum. Probably not enough space for all the guests. The serving space was tight which meant everyone was bumping into each other when going for food. It was also very hot. So not the most relaxing breakfast but there was plenty of it and a good selection of foods.

Hotel changed my reservation

My reservation was moved to a different hotel without my knowledge! Where there was nothing really to walk to within several blocks and a construction site outside my window.

Hotel is located central and next to numerous pubs. Its very noisy till late night especially in weekends.

Wouldn’t recommend.

Location was good. Breakfast was sufficient.

Room was not as pictured. Had old carpet ( not wooden floors as shown), furniture was tired and marked everywhere. Felt like an old hospital room.

It was what I expected. Good price and great location.

The location was excelent, and staff was super helpful. The room was comfortable.

They gave us a room that was a little hard to reach (it was in the second building so we had to go to the third floor, cross a bridge and go down one floor). The room was not perfectly square, you could see that one of the walls was a diagonal, which was a little weird (but not that bad). The bathroom was super small and basic.

Excellent hotel, excellent location

Excellent location. Good breakfast, clean, comfortable room. Our room had a very nice balcony. The gelato place next door is a great bonus!

very good view from high level rooms, very centre , of course the city is not big. good for you to start of journey of Iceland after landed.

Great location and a nice stay overall

Overall the Hotel was reasonably priced, great location, clean and the room was large and furnished in a modern/classic way (Wooden timber beams), beds made every day and room serviced. Breakfast included in the price which was very nice with plenty of choice. very happy with our accommodation.

Not really the hotels fault and comes with the location (which was good but something to consider if your not out partying until late) but was pretty noisy at night until about 1am due to the night life on the Friday and Saturday night. Also fellow residents running about meant that could be a bit hard to sleep at times. Hotel was also under extension where there was building work going on when we stayed which was a bit unsightly, however I am sure this will as to the hotel once competed.

Nice hotel, great location, helpful staff. Will be better when construction is finished.

The location was perfect for touring the city on foot. The full breakfast every day was excellent.

The lobby area was under construction which we needed to walk through to get to the elevator. At one point workers were installing a huge light fixture adjacent to the spot we were waiting for the elevator. I bit scary.

Superb

The hotel has a great location and easy to walk to local attractions. Our room was large and there was a bath and shower, the shower worked well. The staff were polite and very helpful . There was an excellent breakfast and an early breakfast from 4am could be booked if needing an early start. There was building work taking place to the side of the bar and this was a little intrusive if you were enjoying a drink but once finished the reception and bar area should be improved.

Our room was very warm and even turning radiators off and opening windows was still a bit too warm overnight
