Voor één nacht verblijf optie

Prima, wel wat gedateerde kamer

Had kamer bij lift, erg gehorig (met tegels op vloer gang). Maar zeer beperkte openingstijden bar; ook geen uitzondering willen maken als je na lange reis vlak voor sluitingstijd (22:00 uur) nog drankje wil

Exceptional

Breakfast was great. Travelled with family including young kids, everyone able to find something to their liking. Lots of restaurants in the area within walking distance. Went to a fabulous steak house. Very memorable.

Awesome hotel. The view of the city was superb. A really good experience.

The breakfast was OK, not excellent as I expected, need to improve some hot dishes like the encebollado was cold and bitter taste and everyday they offered the same. They need to improve a little bit

The breakfast is very good and worth opting in for.

The rooms are in need of being freshened up. The floors were wonky and the toilets are struggling to do their job. For the value and the status of the hotel, one would expect a better quality and up to date rooms.

Superb

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very nice staff

Very slow WiFi. It was quite expensive. One could expet much liquid soap and shampoo. But the housekeeping was fast to bring what we asked for. There is not much to do around the hotel (although lots of restaurants)

Very nice hotel, good location, excellent staff, would stay again.

Location seemed good, many restaurants around the corner in what seems like safe walking distance. Staff was excellent, prompt response when we had problems with our safe. Facilities all seem very nice and a good breakfast.

Bed was hard but comfortable enough, had problem with the safe and the battery needed to be charged, which they handled immediately. It would be nice to have more plug outlets and the room was a bit dark. Minor things and had a nice 3 night stay.

Superb

Rooms are wide, clean and great for families. Big kitchen, well supplied. The hotel also have 4 or 5 restaurants with great options from breakfast to dinner. Staff very kind and gentle. Parling included.

The swimming pool was cold and the access for the pool included a walk outside the building😕 Breakfast price a little bit salty. No playzone for kids.

Awful check in which took more than 45 minutes and then they got the rooms and prices wrong and asked me to pay again on check out.

Paradise Hotel in Paradise City

We chose this hotel for our first trip to South America because we had brilliant experiences with a Swissotel in Izmir, Turkey - and we couldn't have made a better choice! Wonderful spacious suite with breathtaking fews, a fantastic pool, hall, bar, the executive lounge with lovely food and drink and an even better few - I don't even know where to start. It was all wonderful, but the best bit is the staff. Everybody is helpful, patient, so friendly and helpful that you feel like royalty. Especially the wonderful people at the executive lounge and at the reception deserve a mention - and the gentleman by the lift who always helped my wive finding her way. And the gorgeous people in the Spanish restaurant ... and and and. This hotel is a treat. Don't miss it!

Nothing - apart from that our stay was too short. We need to come back!

Very comfortable few days at the hotel

I am allergic to milk so the staff made me eggs without milk for breakfast. Staff very helpful. Superior double room was spacious and had chairs!
