Perfect match price/location/stay

12 minutes to go to Umeda, center of Osaka, by subway but actually we did like the area of the Fraser Residence better. Reasonably low priced. As a morning runner, less than 500 meters away a baseball court you can run around (350 meters) without worrying about cars, bicycles etc. We made a wash daily while being in the Fraser Residence - perfect.

Not really anything. Having experience in travelling I can confirm I appreciated the service, the estetic of the hotel, everything working and people always willing to help. Breakfast & healthclub very good too.

Great place to stay especially for families

1) Spacious room (we stayed in one-bedroom unit which comfortably fits 2 adults + 1 child) 2) Location (very close to Nankai Namba station, and within walking distance to Dotonbori).

Staying at your hotel and Osaka was the highlight of our trip to Japan. Thank you!

This facility was exceptional! The location was great with so many restaurants and shopping. The room was so comfortable and adorable. It had so many storage spaces, and I loved having the laundry machine and refrigerator. The breakfast was really good, and they had different variety of things to eat every day. I loved there pajamas, and wanted to buy a couple of it, but it wasn't for sale. This place was so economical! We stayed at fancier hotels during our travels in Japan, but loved this place the best. I will return to this place if I ever come back to Osaka.

I love it here!

Perfect location across from the Namba Station. The sumo stadium is also across the street and Dotonbori street is a 5 minute walk. Lots to eat and drink around the hotel. Staff was very friendly and spoke English very well.

Fabulous I would definitely book this hotel again.

The location of this hotel was perfect. So very close to Namba Station, shopping, restaurants and tourist areas. The room was very clean and spacious, we has a one bedroom suite. The bed was a little firm for my liking. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They spoke English which was great for us.

There was nothing I didn't like.

1. great location. 2. washing machine is helpful. 3. breakfast is delicious, congee, croissant, fruit... 4. simple kitchen is a plus.

1. water kettle is out of order. 2. single bed is so small. If we could choose double bed, it'll be much better.

Great location property in Namba!

It’s in the heart of Namba city. Great location and very helpful staffs. We sent our luggage to the property and got well informed when the luggage arrived. Even they took all of our luggages to the room before our official check in

None. But no traditional japanese experience expected from here - just like normal hotel room

Location and staff

We moved into 2 rooms because it wasn't clean, even the second one was not clean enough, when we moved the couch for a third bed we found some garbage left under there, bathroom and bathtub looks worn out and the silicon corners looked brownish.

Overall great stay with central location that made navigating Osaka super convenient.

Central location with convenient access to Namba station and Dotonbori. Staff was incredibly helpful.

Excellent location at Namba Station, close to all shopping areas, Dotonburi, plenty of good restaurants, cafe and staff

Location is fantastic, breakfast buffet is local food and was delicious.

Convenient location right across road from Namba station. Huge (by Japan standards) room.

Very convenient and gives value for your money.

Love the space and having a kitchen , a ref , air purifier and a washing machine. Wifi was strong, bed was comfortable, aircon good, plenty of cabinets. Breakfast was good too. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of food choices nearby and of course easy access to train. It’s quiet and you’ll get a good rest.

Wish the bathroom was more modern.

Great location, just a quick walk from Namba station though we took a while to navigate Namba station and its underground connections. Room and breakfast was great too. Staff were also friendly. We travelled with 2 young children, (2yo and 3yo) - this place was very children friendly!

Fraser Residence is alway out first choice in Osaka! Will definitely come back again!

It has the best location! The train station is just a stone throw away. Easily accessible to other places! The washing machine/ dry is so useful! We can wash our clothes daily!
