Lovely stay. Thanks to the great people who work at the Cullinan.

Exceptional staff made this a great stay. Lots of good features about the property but the stand out was the quality of the people - I repeat, they were exceptional!

Some traffic noise particularly by the pool.

A bit over priced for what you get.

Friendly staff, nice location, old school feel

We didn’t get the room we booked (two beds instead of one) no hairdryer, a teaspoon in the room would be better than a stick to make coffee with. More easier options would be nice on the room service menu

Gorgeous hotel from exterior site but technical equipment could be better.

Location and lobby

Wi-Fi was too slow and not stable. Signal depends on place you stay in the room. I couldn't connect Smart TV because of wifi issues as well.

Great hotel. Nicest place I’ve stayed post COVID

Breakfasts were great. Shuttles to the Waterfront were good. Central location

Fabulous Hotel Staff and a great location.

The Location was perfect, it was very near to a lovely area called The Waterfront. The shuttle bus was wonderful and very efficient and Freddy was always cheerful and friendly, like all the staff. The receptionists were so nice and very helpful in booking tours etc. The Bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom had a bath as well as a shower an extra bonus! Food was delicious and meals were well presented and very good value. Lovely piano playing at breakfast time.

We went there because the Munster Rugby Team were playing in the URC final (which we won) so the bar was packed for the few nights before and after the match. There wasn't enough staff on to cope with the numbers but they were all lovely and never lost their smiles.

I think that the bathroom was not cleaned properly, on my arrival i found a plaster stuck to the basin and i reported it to the Deputy GM, the next day the plaster was still there. on my check out it was still there.

Great value for money. Very close to the convention centre which makes it optimal - walking distance.

It’s close to a junction so I could hear the traffic from my room. But still slept comfortably

The buffet is very expensive and doesn't consider vegetarians. I could eat very little food for the amount I had to pay. The hotel should consider a reduced rate for kids and vegetarians/ vegans.

Well positioned Hotel in the heart of Cape Town with a touch of elegance.

This is a top hotel, well positioned in Cape Town, walking distance to most attractions and you can feel the history. The entrance, outside and bar area is wow.

The rooms were not great and the wifi was poor from a reception and speed point of view. The staff at the reception were slow and not very helpful. I had to cancel one night of my stay and there was no willingness to compensate me in any way.

paying a lot don’t receive soap to wash your hands show basic check up of room inadequate. Also my room smell as somebody smoked in it and has an ashtray in it quite discusting as a non smoker and paying 4 k for single room not acceptable?

Very friendly staff, especially Anthony at reception. Convenient parking garage under the hotel, very good breakfast, nice pool and free shuttle bus to Waterfront.

Rene solved our problems with the room at checking - she was absolutly brilliant - thank you.

The pool beds were clean and comfy and the pool food menu was excellent - very enjoyable food at an extremely reasonable price. We ate there every day and the food and service were excellent.

The breakfast was on every occasion a shambolic event. There was plenty of food of a good standard but queing for hot food was time wasting and the cooking did not seem particularly hygenic - sorry but we did complain to the front desk on day 1 and were told everything was OK.

Great ambience Great rooms

Staff were rude, we were ignored most of the times, they denied us conference rooms during our 3 days stay. We paid for transport the previous day and assured us our car will be available only for us to find no car and the manager was extremely rude to us. and refunded our money with no remorse for us to find ourselves an uber. There is racism in the hotel right from the reception to the restaurant. at the restaurant my colleagues were ignored for more than 30 min before taking our order. We ordered for periperi chicken which was extremely HOT.
