It was in a great location, close to everything. The hotel had pretty much everything we needed and the staff were so friendly and attentive.

Happy hour was great value for money. The pool area was our favourite place of the hotel. I guess we avoided our rooms u

James lifeguard from the pool area. Amazing service every time from him.

A lot of the staff did not understand requests, barrier with understanding English. Rooms are run down and need some renovation, not as pictures from website. Breakfast was average, don’t really refill food or condiments especially closer to breakfast ending. You needed to remind staff for an order or something you have asked for more than once.

Great stay however the food needs changes

The rooms - beds are comfy and is quite large space. The pool is great with swim up bar.

The food. The restaurant would benefit at looking at a new menu, entirely to cater to all. We even ordered the fries and they were covered in cheese and an oil that made it taste off. The breakfast was okay, but even then it was mainly filo food so for a buffet breakfast all I had was toast and eggs. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff are so lovely but the food just let us down.

If I gonna be back to Boracay then I will stay with them again ♥️

Everything was nice. Staffs are friendly, room was clean, view was nice. Breakfast has many options. The best thing is swimming pool, and the drinks are not expensive too. During my 3 weeks vacation in Philippines , I stayed in 8 different hotels and this one is by far the best one. Highly recommend

Sadece yatak çarşafına belli belirsiz vücuduma yaptırdığım geçici kına dövme bulaşmış . Laundrye göndermeden 5 dk içinde elle yıkayıp çıkarmaya çalıştılar . Çıkmayınca önce 15.000 peso istediler. Düşünebiliyormusunız. Otel konaklamasından daha pahalı . Sanki yatağını alıp ortadan ikiye kırmışım gibi bir politika. Böyle bir rakamı aska ödemeyeceğimi söyleyince önce sırasıyla 10.000 7.5000 3.800 ve en sın 3000 e karar kıldılar. Belli bir fiyatıda yok yani bu çarşafı temizlemenin . Hepsi gelip kafasına göre bi fiyat söylüyor, ödemeyince düşürüyolar. En son kapıdaki güvenlik görevlisine beni dışarı çıkartmamaları için talimat verip polis çağırmakla tehdit ettiler falan . Yıllardır dünyanın heryerinde neredeyse kalmışımdır bu tarz bi rezaletle karşılaşmadım . Fiyat performans çok daha iyi oteller var. Burada kalmayın derim.

complain once to your staff that they should change or clean the bed and the bathroom to change the towels. I got bitten

It’s fine , the problem I encounter about my debit card they charged me twice , when I ask refund it’s long time process.

Reception was very welcoming and nice since arrival. They were very polite and accommodating to all of us especially we were a big group of 8. During our stay, my brother fell ill and Kathy from reception was very helpful and organized a doctor and nurse to come to our room. In less than 30mins my brother had an IV drip and medications and felt much better. She also kept on checking up on his condition and organised some food to be taken to the room as he could not come down to the buffet breakfast. It was really exceptional! Facilities were good, the pool was very nice and spacious. Breakfast buffet was great and lots of food options and changes everyday. Room amenities were okay too. Room attendants were very helpful when our toilet got blocked. All in all, customer service was superb and highly recommended.

A fun and relaxing stay at Hue Hotel Boracay

Everything! from staff service to room cleanliness, everything was superb! They offer breakfast buffet which was also delicious.There’s a lot of food places to choose from and it’s close to the beach front just a 5minutes walk. There are shops located inside the hotel as well which is great :) Super love this hotel!!

We enjoyed our stay here. - Staff were all courteous, attentive and helpful - Breakfast had a lot of selection and menu was changing per day so it was good. Too bad we missed the dinner buffet as it was only available during the weekends. - We stayed in the Family room and beds were comfy.

I really can't think of any aside from it's not a beach front but I think if you have a kid, you'd appreciate it since it's away from the crowd.

Hue Hotel is located in the convenient place and is quieter than station 1.

The staffs here is friendly and willing to solve all of our problems.

The shower water was no hot enough even though the staffs had adjusted it for 3 times…

What an amazing stay and remarkable hotel experience.

It was a great stay. We really enjoyed our trip and stay. It is a nice and wise choice that we celebrated my Nanay's birthday at Hue hotel. The facilities and amenities are very nice and clean. But What really captured our hearts are the staffs. Their staffs are very welcoming, approachable and well mannered. I really want to commend Mr. Sergio, Mr. Herald and especially Ms. Hera who made our stay smooth and easy. Ms. Hera is very hands-on and always make sure that we are okay and enjoying our stay. Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing your exceptional hospitality skills. The room is so spacious. The food is great. We will definitely come back, see you again Hue hotel. The price is worth paying for, they will give you justice and your money will not be wasted. Thank you for giving us an amazing stay and remarkable hotel experience. God bless you all! 👏😉

Very good

Modern facilities, comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff, nice swimming pool, beautiful design, walking distance to the beach, located by the main road.

the room is not sound proof. We can hear the loud noise from the bar playing in the middle of the night so we could not sleep well. The wifi would not reach our room so we have to go out to use the wifi.
