Det kunne være bedre.

De har en stor have og pool område

Det var dårlig check in. Vi havde booket et 2vær. lejlighed som var bekræftet, så vile de checke os ind på 2 lejligheder med et Værelse de havde forlænget den der boede i to værelses. Det var bare ikke i orden, at vi skulle diskuterer dette , så de fandt en løsning på at give os 3 værelses.

A nice centrally-located gem close to the city.

The apartments are at a good location, surrounded by nature and relatively quiet. The staff are friendly and the services at the apartment were good.

Considering I had a relatively long stay and at times needed to work remotely, an office chair, which was not available, would have been more appropriate with the desk in the room.

AVOID this place! DIRTY towels given as clean, leaking toilets, phone not working...

The kitchen staff and the men in general were nice and competent : Patrick/Patrice, Edward, Ken, and (+ Joash night manager - I 'm not sure about his name).

DIRTY APPARTMENT. THEY GIVE DIRTY AND SMELLY TOWELS FOR CLEAN (TWICE !). The appartements advertised are nothing to do with the reality ! Our booking included a washing machine which was not in the room. No kettle water, no toaster. We had to ask for the shower soaps and the coffee bags because there wasn't any. Diana and Lilian at the reception desk are incompetent. We were changed room in ate afternoon the following day of our arrival after complaining a few times and threatening them to check out, showing photos of the dirt, of the leaking toilet and broken electrical plug and phone not working. Lilian (if I remember her name correctly), one of the day receptionist looked down at us and was sarcastic: she told us to go the mall (by cab) to get some soap for the washing. We asked her if the doorman she was chatting to, could come to help us with the luggages, she stopped him to come and said "He is coming". For sure he didn't. When we moved, the man who was still chatting with her, asked us while and she ignored us if we needed help...

Disappointing !

The location is great, and the breakfast is good.

I booked a one bedroom attic style room which I have styed in before however the room I was given this time round was very disappointing, the bedroom had very low ceiling, so low I bumped my head a few times getting out of bed and I'm only 5.2 ! Additionally the bathroom is situated downstairs with the bathroom window facing the corridor so no sense of privacy, this is la fundamental difference in the room as the one I stayed in before had a self contained bedroom upstairs I should have been informed so I can make a decision on switching rooms. The bed had torn, worn out linens which I reported and nothing was done about it. The kitchen was ill equipped, some TV channels dint have sound, again reported this and was promised resolution, nothing was done about it. An all round disappointing stay which did not deliver value for money.

Location. Security. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Initially taken to room different from my booking. Staff immediately changed room to what I had booked which was very helpful of them.

FANATASTIC.

I LIKE EVERYHTING ABOUT THE APARTMENT. IT`S SO CLEAN AND QUIET TO STAY IT WORTH MORE THAN THE AMOUNT.

A wonderful home away from home!

The property is very spacious and beautifully landscaped. The rooms are huge and modern. This is our second time booking multiple rooms and Heri Heights does not disappoint. They treat you like family and priced right. The breakfast is amazing and the give you huge portions for all meals. Make sure to try the Indian butter chicken! So delish! We already made plans to return in July!

Cozy apartment hotel

The room is spacious and bed room ok. ALL amenities are working. Staff is pro and bar&restaurant area is VERY WELL MANAGED :) Location is private.

Perhaps the trainees should uplift the attitude.

A place I would love to come back to

The welcoming and service minded staff solved whatever I asked for. The garden and buildings are beautifully, interesting it all together gives a feeling of home.

Disappointing especially restaurant and Internet

The location was quiet and ok, but distant from shops and restaurants Although old the rooms have been refurbished

The room was north facing, gloomy and cold. There was no oven, just a microwave/grill. The Internet was dreadful and kept disappearing. The restaurant was short on supplies with many items not available, e.g. no fish, no soup because no bread. We ordered tomahawk steaks that were so tough they were inedible.

Amazing stay!

Everything was great! Safe location for those new to Nairobi. Very easy to access main attractions. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. There is an on-site restaurant and bar as well. I would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

During colder months, it would be good to have heaters in the apartments as it gets very cold.

Definitely not suitable for a business traveller

The food was very good , especially the western and African dishes .

Service was awfully slow . Their breakfast buffet was never laid out in time . Had to chase them or ring them and say I' m coming down in 10 mins, then only they would move and still v slowly. They didn't bother to show me/have a induction on how to use the stove . The wifi that was strong in the area wasn't mentioned in the list itself and so I lost time getting the password. The housekeeping staff kept forgetting something or the other every day . They wouldn't pick up phones at the only two numbers 100 or 200 sometimes or only after a long few mins of ringing. There were hardly any guests on the property.

There are very friendly staff. There is an extremely quiet and cozy place. Incredibly smelling air saturated with flower

Cozy and beautiful hotel in a beautiful garden or park where wild but friendly monkeys live, a lot of different birds song and many blooming variety of flowers.

There are not very varied menu in the hotel’s restaurant; The beer ran out on the second day of my stay)))… To drive out the hotel is problematic, as traffic is very difficult in any directions. This is not the fault of the hotel, but it must be taken into account. I was even late for one of my business meetings.

it’s a nice place so serene..and the Staff was so helpful and accommodating.

they don’t have elevator you have a hard time especially if you are on a lower apartment coz we book the 3 bedroom Apartment and we have some heavy stuff with us and we have to climb like 4 storey on a staircase its so tiring.
