Взагалі готель гарний. Невелика, проте дуже красива і доглянута територія. Готолʼєр приємна жінка. Офіціанти в ресторані

Відпочивала в цьому готелі дві ночі. Мені запропонували номер на першому поверсі. Я попросила змінити і мене переселили на другий. Для мене це було приємно. Номер на першому поверсі був повністю після ремонту. А той, що на другому, в якому я жила був відремонтований частково. Саме санвузол був старий, з відчутним запахом вогкості. Сама кімната після ремонту, невелика, але зі зручним обладнанням. Краєвид на Дунай чудовий. Я проживала дві ночі, за цей час було 1 прибирання та заміна рушників. Це дуже приємно. Але чомусь чайові прибиральниця не взяла, можливо в Румунії це не прийнято. Це мене трохи збентежило.

Не сподобалося відношення охорони. Я заїхала в готель ввечері. Поїхала вечеряти. Коли повернулася, вже було пізно і на рецепції був тільки охоронець. Готелʼєра вже не було. Коли я вже збиралась лягати спати, побачила слід від бруду і волосся на постільній білизні. Моє прохання замінити було виконано, але охоронець (увага!) зайшов подивитися, чи так воно є насправді. Плюс він показав мені все своє невдоволення з цього приводу. Вважаю недоречним заходити і перевіряти слова гостя, звісно якщо це стосується елементарних речей. І тим паче висловлювати своє невдоволення. В сфері обслуговування повинно бути дбайливе ставлення. Також хочу відмітити сніданок. Він готується на вибір, тобто шведського столу немає. В мене особливі потреби в харчуванні, тому мені така система не підійшла.

• Parcare privată în curte; • Cameră modernă, amenajată frumos; • Firigder (gol), climă, smart TV; • Fierbător, 2 ceaiuri;

• Doamna de la recepție... nu cred că acest job este tocmai pentru dânsa. A vorbit frumos, însă pe un ton atât de plictisit încât am avut impresia că eu am deranjat-o; • Mic dejun decent, dar puțin. Totuși suficient pentru a porni la drum; • În restaurant unde s-a servit micul dejun a fost extrem-extrem de frig. Nu înțeleg de ce fac rabat tocmai la acest aspect; • Cestile din cameră trebuie schimbate cu unele mai mari. Acelea sunt pentru espresso, nu pentru ceai. Iar aici a fost doar ceai; • În baie a fost un miros de canalizare; • Senzorul de fum de pe tavan clipește non-stop, ceea ce noaptea poate fi foarte deranjant; • Patul dublu aici înseamnă 2 paturi unite, evident că noaptea m-am trezit între saltele.

If you want to be given a dirty room, shouted at and ruined your mood, then you can visit this hotel

The only thing that we enjoyed was breakfast. Many varieties of meals to order and a friendly staff on the restaurant.

It all started with dirty bed sheet. Later we discovered that the door lock was secured with tape and the door itself was difficult to close. Also, one of the towels had a hole in the middle. There was also no kettle in the room. After all these problems, I went to the reception to report about all of this in the room. The night reception auditor told me that you’ve booked the room for “workers” and it is normal for this type of room (to have everything dirty and a hole in towels). I told him, that even it’s the room for three people , everything doesn't have to be dirty. Throughout our conversation with the night auditor, he acted restless and spoke to me in a very rude manner. I offered him a solution to the problem so that they would give us two double rooms and we will pay the difference. He said no, that you’ve already used this room and you should pay also for this but we used only one towel in the room after we saw all of this problems. If the guests have complaints the reception should give a solution as the night auditor didn’t give anything, even I gave him solution. After all he told me rudely that if you don’t like the room, go and changed a hotel and he wanted to call the police. During our entire conversation, I never raised my voice and spoke more professionally than the man at the reception.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the entire facility very safe and spotless . Location with a breath taking view and easy accessibility.

Acceptable but could be better

Nice location at the riverside

The location in booking is wrong, I needed to make a call and request another navigation instructions. The gate for parking was closed, and they didn't answer after using their telecom, so I needed to make another phone call to get in. I was offered twin room instead double, even after they asked me this detail in booking. The room has been changed for double room after my request and it was not very clean (some dead bugs) and smelled not pleasant...

Great location, helpful staff, clean and quiet

Close to the Danube, clean, quiet, good location, they have their own bar and restaurant.

Our room was at ground floor, so the view was limited

Pleasant

It was a very clean property with helpful staff.

My only criticism is that because it is located very close to a ferry terminal the low frequency of the ship’s exhaust when applying power kept waking me up as a ferry arrives and then again when it departed

I do not recomend it during weekend, due to parties in the hotel garden.

Nice location, near the Danube.

There were 2 parties, outside, in the hotel garden, till 3AM in the morning… loud music and all that, we could not sleep. After complaining several times. nothing happened. It seems it’s a regular thing in the weekend.

The outdoor territory looks neat and blooming, room looked clean and accurate

I didn't like the breakfast. The restaurant is not on the territory of the hotel, it's a cafe outside, the menu was nice but had a few positions only.

Good location, big and luxurious rooms, and a nice terrace.

The lady from the reception was mean at first but it turned out okay in the end.
