Spacious but stinky bathroom curtain and loud music till 2.30 am

Good location. Spacious

The shower curtain doesnt really protect the water from splashing out. The shower curtain also smells of mould. The area near our apartment is a pub of some sort since they were playing loud music till 2.30 am. I couldnt sleep.

Exceptional

Super central position, perfect to walk around in the city. Comfortable and clean, unfortunately we spent just one night. If we come back to Reykjavik we will come back for sure.

Only a couple of free reserved parking (available by chance), if you don’t find them available you need to pay.

Large apartment, 2 large bedrooms, Comfortable beds, large kitchen en sitting area. The location in the city centre is great.

Our apartment was on the second floor, no elevator. Bit of a faff to get to our apartment moving trhough different stair cases. Nog a big deal

Wonderful, love it!

Great location, fully equipped apartment, polite and efficient reception/cleaning staff. Side note, the shampoo and soap smelled really good!

Very cosy holiday stay

The apartment is very clean and cosy. The WiFi works great. You can watch Netflix, YouTube, or any website on the TV in the room. All facilities that we expected to have can be found in the apartment. The cleaning service was done every other day. Although the total area of the room is not very spacious, it is actually good enough for a holiday stay.

The pillow is too soft. Even using two together doesn't help. The bathroom is a bit too narrow. The door will resonance when the entrace door in the ground floor slammed. This is actually very annoying in the evening.

Great experience, would recommend.

Rooms are recently renovated, very central location. Helpful staff during check in.

Central location means that noises from nearby bars can be a bother especially on the weekend.

Pleasant

The apartment is on four floor, very clean and quiet,kitchen have everything for 8 person,but the stove we can not turn on,the biggest problem is no lift,8 senior need to bring big luggage to 4/floor without any help and then bring down next morning. (this including like and didn't like.)

Was a fine place to sleep when touring. Great location. they seriously need to add

I had two issues. The first is simply that the people above us were very noisy . Not really management's fault. But the second is the complete lack of any place to put your clothing in the apartment. No dresser, No closet, No bureau--nothing. I realize its a small studio apartment but come on. You need something for clothing.

Great, we love our days at Reys Apartment

The location is amazing, near everything we need. The apartment was clean and organized.

The only thing that was not great was just have one key for all of us.

Very good

The place was squeaky clean and had all required appliances - a kettle a microwave and utensils. The key was at the reception, which is almost right around the corner in the neighboring hotel.

Probably price, it is bit expensive comparing to what you have in Europe for the same price, but high prices on the accommodation is pretty typical for Iceland.

Perfect for home office & homey vacation stay

Very spacious studio, perfect for doing a bit of home office if you arrive earlier for vacation as we did. The kitchen has everything you need for feeling home. The bed was extremely comfortable!

You can easily hear other people talking in the hallway. If you are a light sleeper, better bring some ear plugs.

The only extras would be a lift as on 3rd floor lots of luggage given that’s not practical to address making it clear on details also a plug in bathroom sink would be helpful

Indeed its a very good location, near everything around the corner, shops, restaurants, very close to city center. It was warm in room, very good soft bed, a lot of necessary cutlery, nice bathroom overall. Warm receptionist attitude at hotel Odinsve, helpful and friendly.

On the first 2 days the cleaning service was super, but from 3rd day - awful, even not garbage picking from the room, no cleaning floor, or changing towels, I asked to clean twice, no response. For 6 days - it should be at place. Also no coffee or tea provided.
