Great location. need to provide place for food and drink for guests. Not just room service.

really great location, minutes away from the Arc

no one to help out on luggage at front doors where there are quite a few steps really disappointing breakfast we had to leave the place as the table was just an arms length with a rude waiter

The freezing room and lack of food or beverage facilities was a big problem.

Classic beautiful hotel where we have stayed many times. Great comfortable bedding. Fantastic rooftop bar which was closed our last two stays. Great location. Helpful staff.

Although it was May 31 it was cool at night. I was freezing at night and the heating wouldn’t adjust. Finally at midnight I called for more covers, which were immediately provided. No food or drink available after breakfast as both bars were shut down. We were ill and didn’t want to go out. We had from the minibar a half-bottle of pink champagne and cashews for 90-94€; not much else available. No room service.

EXCELLENT

the staff was so friendly and informative! They made me feel extremely safe and were so accommodating. Truly enjoyed my stay and even celebrated my birthday upon arrival. Would definitely come back again .

I loved everything about this hotel. Just make sure if you don’t want housekeeping coming in daily , don’t forget to put the sign out front. Otherwise, they will definitely knock to come in!

Very French atmosphere, amazing staff, perfect location, wonderful views!

The stay in the Hotel Raphael was a great experience. This was the gift to my parents, I wanted them to feel the atmosphere of Paris and they did. I informed the hotel staff that it was a gift to my parents and asked them to select the best possible available room. When we came we were surprised in a good way: the hotel welcomed us with the bottle of champagne, marmelade, fruits and French cookies.. This was so sweet! The hotel has antique furniture of Louis XV and Louis XVI periods and the atmosphere was very French indeed. The rooms were wide and had lots of space, everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a very center: in 5-min. walk to the Triumphal Arch. So these are the memories which will stay with me and my parents for a long time:)

Great location, close to monuments, metro station for sightseeing not close by. We like the atmosphere and furnishing of the hotel- clean, baroque style by not rubbish.

Overall service and personalized touch is lacking, given expectations of a 5 star hotel.

great views of Eiffel Tower, very historical Parisian feel. Concierge is very helpful.

Property needs a refresh. carpets are beautiful, however ripped and warm in many areas, stains in bedroom. bathroom tile grout needs cleaning, corners of doors chipped etc. Lighting in rooms is old school brass knobs, property left no guide as to which switch’s and knobs address which lights and functions in room. No ability to pre-order room service. No real doorman, one has to go and look for help with baggage, etc.

Wonderful historic hotel in a great location. Close to the Arc de Triomphe and great views from the rooftop restaurant, including the Eiffel Tower.

The location was perfect and close to everything. The staff could not have been more accomadation The bedding and linens very comfortable. The terrace was amazing with the view of Eiffel tower.
