Good place, nice service and great spot.

The staff are very nice and friendly! Especially Nicole from reception, she's really really nice to us and helps us a lot! Also the staff who are in the restaurant, they do the service very very well! The only problem in our room is that the room is not big enough for 3 big luggage, but they place is great and got everything you need!! We'll definitely choose Ferra for next time when we come again!

整體來說本次入住飯店感受良好

飯店人員都非常友善，服務都很迅速，早餐好吃，但選擇較少，也提供代訂各種水上活動服務，位置距離S2很近，非常方便，綜合起來cp值很高

因佔地關係，2座泳池都不大，早餐餐廳只有一棟有，我入住那棟沒有，房間小但功能齊全尚可，但浴室真的太小又沒有乾濕分離，馬桶寬度就好比飛機座位一樣大小，有點壓迫感，如壯碩一點可能會卡住，飯店一邊有居民飼養公雞，幾乎是叫整晚的，公雞聲音非常洪亮，其餘都很完美

It was ok. We only got to use the swimming pool once and chorine was very strong it turned some garments into different

The shower was hot and cold. The hot water kept turning off

You need to go through an alley to reach the hotel. If it rains, the road gets flooded

Great customer service! Breakfasts aren't fancy but simply delicious. 😁

The staff are very friendly, pro-active and accomodating. They would do extra mile for their guests.

A few room's furnitures need refurbishment as some are delapidated.

Serve with a smile make clients satisfy

The room is clean and well arranged. The bed is very comfortable and we love to stay in bed longer. The staff & personnel are very courteous, helpful and always wear a smile. Whenever we need toiletries they provide quickly. The location is only a stone throw away from the beach that is relieving. Not too close but enough distance.

Nothing in particular that I didn't like. I wish that they maintain the way they treat their clients of being polite and always smiling.

Great on-site, non-responsive online

Very friendly staff. Perfectly clean. Small but really nice pool. Great location in the middle of everything.

Sometimes the Aircon was roaring like a jet during takeoff. The hotel didn't respond to requests through booking.com, that resulted in some troubles for us. We had to call support to make the hotel accept changes in our schedule.

Great hotel staff

I like all the hotel staff they are helpful , accomodating and very polite. MJ is so helpful , explained everything clearly. I have 3 English friends from the UK and they understood perfectly what she explained to us. She speaks English so well. Joanna JB , Miss Anna and Nikka were all nice . 5 🌟 stars for all of them.

Ala carte food was ok but you could have put some bread rolls or pandesal to add up if in case someone like to have . I would love to have pandesal with my coffee and butter with jam . Our air-condition is playing up. Not working well . Sweating in the middle of the night . We informed the desk and someone came to fix it but still didn't work properly. Hope you have already checked it. Chamber maids did a very good job. This hotel is lucky to have hard working and very good staff.

Disappointing

Room 101 it’s way too close to the entrance and the dining area so since 6 am in the morning we were not able to sleep because of the very loud noise :(

If you are planning to stay in the premiere might as well just book on ferra hotel and garden suites

Location wise ferra is the best location because its near the church and same time near in d’mall and bulabog beach as well

The additional cost of toothbrush and toothpaste we thought it is already included under toiletries, they had a meeting on the ground floor for almost 2 -3 hrs i think without notifying the guest its been too loud and it was beside our room we are located at room 101. I ask to makeup the room after a night in the assigned room because the bedsheet smells “kulob” Lastly, they don’t answer phone for front desk assistance we went out several times just to request and ask some stuffs like toilet paper.

Superb

The staff were super friendly and very eager to please. They handled our airport transfers very well which was muchly appreciated with a group of 11 adults and 3 children

When we arrived we were sat down as a group and lectured about hotel rules. This was not a good first impression. I've never struck this situation before.

Great stay

Really comfortable room with good wifi and AC. Location was good as you could walk to beach and main tourist area in less than 10 minutes. Small pool onsite. Friendly & helpful staff. You can use the pool & bar of their sister hotel a few doors up.

Breakfast was delicious and a la carte. You have to go to the sister hotel a few doors up for breakfast. Not a bad thing, just to be aware!

Really enjoyed the hotel and Boracay in general, best sunsets ever.

I liked the location as it was away from the main tourist places, but so close you can walk to everything. Staff were quite helpful and fun.

I thought the stairs coming down from the loft were steep and there were no hand rails, as a person with a suspect knee it was a little hard. Red tape trying to get across to the island at the port area, nothing has changed since the 80's.

Good

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was good, everything was within walking distance. There is a wonderful spa called Helle Spa just down the road which was amazing, that we went three times! Hotel was quiet too and sleep was undisturbed. When I go on holiday I prefer to spend my money on exploring the area rather than having a hotel holiday with lots of amenities and facilities etc, so this hotel was just what we needed in terms of a comfortable and safe place to rest, it was just as expected for what you pay for it so no complaints!
