Es un hotel cómodo y muy cercano al National Mall.

Nos gusto mucho el desayuno, todo estaba fresco y variado. Viaje con mi mamá que es una señora mayor y debe tener mucho cuidado con la comida y fue una buena experiencia. Muy amable la persona que nos atendió.

Excellent location but room far too small and breakfast not great.

The location was superb.

The breakfast was minimal and for what we got it was expensive. The room was ridiculous. Having to climb on the bed te get into it was absurd. I didn't realize the room would be so small. I know they gave ther dimensions but they didn't mean that much to me when I booked the room. The pictures of the room were deceiving.

had a great stay my daughter loved how everything was controlled by the IPad

it was very modern and very clean. staff were all amazing

would of loved more food options and not only bar and bar food for roof. would be nice to be able to order a meal and sit up there.

My stay was nice with no interruptions. I would recommend fidguring out something to make parking easier for your guests

I like the decor and room design. Also, the breakfast options with the barista available.

There is not a bathroom on the first floor. Also, the parking garage attached should be owned and managed by the hotel.

Nice place to stay in the Centre of Washington DC

Rooms are Good and Clean with a big screen TV. Nice Comfy bed. Tooth Brushes, Sewing kit, shaving kits etc. are available for free at the reception. Very helpful caring staff. Breakfast and other food options are available at Bar/Restaurant area. Fitness room/Gym is nice. Not far from famous museums and Historical attractions. La Fonte Plaza underground station is hardly few steps for trains to Dulles Airport and Ronald Reagan National Airport.

I stayed for a night for a concert and the hotel was right in walking distance. Fantastic staff.

Everything was great. Staff was amazing, they made everything so simple. Room was way more fancier than I expected.

I didn’t like how small the rooms were but I see the vision they’re going for so I’m not upset

Disappointing!

Hotel did not have working hot water. In a cold city like Washington DC this was a huge inconvenience and truly uncomfortable. We called the staff about the water and they did not offer any help with fixing the issue. Also, they did not allow food delivery services to bring us food, and this information was not posted anywhere on their website. Several parts of our stay were not as advertised. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel, yet the prices were hotel prices.

Ideal location if you’re visiting the Smithsonian Museums

Collaborative staff, quiet and convenient location, 20min walking to the Smithsonian museums.

The first night the heater and the iPad in the room were malfunctioning . The staff set the temperature from remote. And the issue was fixed

立地が素晴らしいです。スミソニアン博物館群まで徒歩で行け、徒歩5分位でフードコートのあるL’enfant Plazaに行け、徒歩10分位でスーパーマーケットのSAFEWAYに行けます。部屋は広くないですが、非常に清潔で綺麗です。朝食のクロワッサンが美味しかったです。

強いて言えば部屋に電気ポットがあると良いと思います。

We’d stay here again however I may look elsewhere first.

It was very clean and very prompt service with great staff. The location was great and very walkable. Easy to get towels and other linens quickly.

Our room was a bit hot despite being set on 64, they brought us a fan. The lighting is great for functioning but terrible for makeup/getting ready, the bed was hard, we knew the room was small but be prepared for a truly tiny feel especially the shower/bathroom. There’s outlets on only one side of the bed. The water fill station is located in the bar and it was the only one we found, which made getting water a bit of a hassle.

amazing location. fantastic cocktails and bar service. the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in.

We wish there were a few more amenities, like complimentary breakfast and parking. Water bottles in room would be lovely.

Although clean and comfortable won’t be back due to rude staff

Cleanliness of hotel, comfort of room although small. Breakfast good and liked the time being 6am- 11am

Only a few staff were friendly, staff did not engage in conversation or have common courtesy of ‘please or thank you. As no tea/coffee making facilities in room perhaps think about complimentary tea/coffee/water station. On two occasions in afternoons was charged for tea/ coffee and on two occasions was not charged, when I asked a staff member why this was they were unable to give a reason as to why this was the case. Roof top bar was closed over our stay. When we communicated our disappointment of this in a polite way, the staff member snapped back ‘staff shortage, that’s the reason’ Bed orientation not great as have to climb over sleeping partner to use toilet facilities during the night!!!

A great hotel for a smaller budget stay.

It served our purpose really well. We were on a quick stop over and wanted somewhere reasonably priced. It was clean, tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good that we tried and the location was great as you are right by the metro.

There was nothing I would say I didn’t like about the property.

Parking limited If you needed off street parking because you couldn’t find any, the neighbor in garage, who is charging $50 a night, which I think is an exorbitant amount. The hotel and garage should provide for some kind of reduced fee for guests having to utilize their garage.

A place I would recommend for DC tourists

There are so many things to liked about this place: 1. Location - this was the biggest thing in our list of criteria. We had a stroller wagon so we know we will be walking around National Mall. From location to Lincoln Memorial is around half hour, White House about half hour as well. Capitol Hill is about 20 minutes. Air and Space Museum is no more than 10mins to walk. 2. Place is clean and fancy. They have put so much effort into their interior design. It felt cozy and comfy. You can take really great pictures anywhere in the building and they would come out perfect. 3. Lots of fancy things you won't see in other hotels. Automatic blinds and lights, self-check in, cozy common lounge area.

Some things that we didn't like although it already came as expected: 1. Rooms were small but again it was expected. We have to fold our stroller to keep inside our room and take it out to unfold when we were ready to leave. We packed relatively light for a family with young kids so space was never a problem. Also, the space issue is easily solved by going downstairs to their lounge / common area. 2. Food options in the canteen was limited. Mostly it was appetizers and pizza. There's also no room service available which was okay for us. These things we didn't "like" are not a big deal but can be useful to manage expectations.

Close to the station and good, central location. Comfortable bed. Staff were all excellent and very helpful. Clean room.

Towels only changed every 3 days (unless you specifically ask). Restaurant choice very limited. Having to climb over one another to get in/out of bed. No kettle or tea making facilities for English people (only coffee maker).

Short getaway

Excellent location! Bartenders at the rooftop bar were great! Although not my style, hotel seems pretty cool, modern and different.

Omg, breakfast sucked! For the price of the buffet, they could’ve made better food and more options. The eggs were sooooo salty! The chicken sausage was bland and dry. The bacon was nice and thick, but it was overcooked so it was a little hard. I didn’t even try the breakfast potatoes because it looked dry. I mean the presentation was very nice…but you can’t eat presentation. I would rather have a great tasting breakfast than a fancy looking one.

The bed is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Very close to National Mall

The breakfast is okay but not tasty, especially for this price. The fruit was watery, scrambled egg tasted like nothing, and there are generally few options compared to other hotels of this size. The rooms are really small - totally fine for 2-3 nights - but I would not want to stay there for a week. Staff is always friendly but the service can be hit and miss in terms of execution. One example: I waited 1 hour for a pizza because my order had not been noted - I received compensation, though. Not many food options close by.

I enjoyed the 'character' of the hotel and it was in a good location.

It was fine. At times, staff was not very diligent keeping a supply of cutlery and 're-stocking' food items.

The room was difficult to keep adequately cool at night. The thermostat was locked into a temperature range (which may have been part of the issue). Also, the pillows are too large/thick.
