Facilitiies were underwhelming and run down. This is not a 5 star resort, maybe it was but not anymore.

The food was excellent at all meals, most of the staff was very friendly and the room was spacious. Additionally the shuttle to the beach worked very well ensuring that people don't need to go up and down the hill.
The facilities seemed like they were created for a much smaller hotel and with the hotel having so many different parts, it does feel like amenities like the pool outgrew the number of rooms. The main pool was overfilled with all the pool beds reserved with towels by 730 am, the kiddie pool had muddy grass around it making the pool dirty most of the time and it didn't seem to be cleaned regularly. The food opening hours could be improved - pool bar food only opening at 11 and drinks at 10 is quite late for all inclusive and additionally lunch at 13 very late with kids.

It was clean, really helpful and friendly staff, good size room. We were fortunate to get a great sea view with the upgrade through booking.com!
Food was tasty, but not alot of variations through the week or themes. One Italian themed beach front restaurant, the beach location was a nice change.
Reservation woman is fountain of knowledge, really good and helpful.Â
Pool bar had good variety of drinks, snacks( kitchen woman was lovely and a good laugh and sometimes live music at night.
Its close to town to try bars, shops, restaurants then over the road to the beach...A short walk to the beach but get use to those Steep hills, but they are good for the glutes lol! đź’Ş
Cheeky add on expensives which were cheeky and not stated on Booking.com as a charge.
Being charged 3 euros a day to have a safety deposit box which i feel is an essential so cheeky.
DONT GET PICKED UP FROM AIRPORT... if you don't want to be stranded at the airport going there that is.
Don't use their shuttle bus as we got stranded at the airport after one of their drivers got a ticket and called into have a chat with the police! We were told by locals it was because it was a 'cowboy' taxi service. Rang the hotel who weren't bothered and just told us to get a taxi. Not the best start to the Holiday. So get a local taxi from the airport or book your own. Airport was 40-45 euros.
Gym onsite was an ok size but old machines and the 2 cross trainers they had one turned on but not able to adjust anything and the other one felt like it should be condemned.
Also the age old need to be up at the crack of dawn to get sunbeds around the pool but that's not anything new. This got worse as the holiday went on, god knows what its like when the summer holidays hit!

Hotel was great, spotless, elegant and huge. Restaurant at this hotel was also fantastic! The food was delicious and reasonably priced and the staff was attentive and friendly. I loved the electric kettle and refrigerator in my room, as well as the TV with a variety of channels to choose from. The sauna was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing, and the gym facilities were well-maintained. Strongly recommended.

Parking for the disabled at this hotel was a nice touch, as I was traveling with my elderly mother. The non-smoking rooms were clean and comfortable, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The 24 hour reception made it easy for us to check in late at night, and the free Wi-Fi was a definite plus.

Reception services at this hotel were exceptional! The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to provide me with luggage storage for the day after I checked out. The spa and gym facilities were top-notch, and I loved the stunning sea view from my room. Definitely I'll be back!

One of the best hotel in the area, that's what really made this place was the staff, the whole team could not do enough for you, waiters, reception, cleaners and bar staff. I have never been to a hotel where they have been so attentive. Thanks also to the amazing chefs and kitchen staff, the food is excellent, varying every lunch/evening, the salads were amazing, excellent traditional Greek food and international food. I would definitely return!

The hotel is situated in a quiet spot, about only 15 -16 minutes bus ride from Chania. We had a suite with sea view, which was a large size and very clean. The view was stunning, our balcony overlooked the main pool, literally a stones throw from the beach/sea. Fair prices for season too.

Rooms are super nice and modern with great decoration and good sea or pool view. The staff work incredibly hard to kept all in great condition. It was my first time in Crete and both the hotel and location exceeded my expectations.

Top and huge hotel with many facilities. All staff are very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The room was exceptional, very spacious with a large bathroom, excellent air conditioning. The beach was no more than 200m from our room.

Fully renovated hotel with wonderful and spacious lounges around all floors. The room was big and clean. The WiFi was fast inside the room. Breakfast was delicious with many selections. What makes the hotel exceptional was the smile of the staff. We are sure that we will definitely be back.

Very steep stairs in apartment. 5 supposed power cuts in 3 days & staff unhelpful & gave inaccurate information. Indoor pool inadequately heated.

We were at Galini Sea View and everything was perfect. The suite was only 2 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes with car from the port. Cleaning was top, breakfast was delicious and staff was kind and friendly. Although I recommend this place for the price we paid.

Excellent location, clean, very organized, wonderfull staff. Located 1 min by foot from a local beach, 5 mins by car from the old harbor , amazing location which allow you to see the old streets of chania with many restaurants that offer traditional food which are amazing.

The rooms are renovated and very clean, the towels were clean as well as the linens, the manager was a very friendly man and was waiting for us to arrive. We had very nice vacation there, rooms are equipped with everything you need with no extra charge and also our room had a private terrace which was nice for morning coffee, highly recommended for anyone who want to discover Chania.

It is located in the most beautiful part of Chania, in my opinion. On a very beautiful beach. Our room was fully equipped and quite comfortable. I think we made the best choice.

We relaxed in the sauna and hammam, and then worked out in the well-equipped gym. Hotel had water sports on the beach including water skiing, paragliding and diving. Finally we went for food and drinks at the hotel restaurant. Unrivaled experience.

Beautiful 5 star accommodation with outdoor and indoor pool. It had 2 excellent bars and a restaurant with a panoramic view of the Cretan Sea. We booked exactly what we saw in the photos.

Our air-conditioned room with the superb furnished balcony had a view to the sea. It was well equipped with LCD satellite TV and a mini fridge. The modern bathroom includes slippers, bathrobes and free toiletries. Good prices too.

Great hotel with many good services. There are two pools and they are big, clean, you can swim at least all night. Breakfast with a good variety, eggs in different versions, sausages, cereals and delicious coffee. We will definitely come back here.

The hotel had everything you need, the food was delicious.
The bar is open and had great cocktails. We also walked around town which was amazing by night. I strongly advise you to charter a private yacht.

The view from the rooms on the first floor towards the sea, is beautiful, if the view is critical to you, ask or buy the other side or the room above. The beach next to the hotel is wonderful.

So pleased we chose this hotel for our honeymoon. From start to finish our stay was perfection. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, modern, clean, cool, a good location and the pool has the most amazing views! If you stay at the hotel definitely try to catch a sunset up there!
