We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional.
The personnel truly deserve a special mention - everyone was incredibly professional, attentive, and, above all, kind and welcoming. They really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish.
We also really liked having access to the sunbeds right next to the hotel (and available only for hotel guests). There’s plenty of space, so it never felt crowded and was perfect for relaxing.
Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!
A couple of points worth mentioning: if you arrive by car, the hotel has limited parking, so you may need to park along the street. We always found a spot nearby, so it was never an issue for us, but it’s good to know in advance.
Also, on some Friday evenings, a nearby bar can have a party with some noise until shortly after midnight. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re planning an early start for a trip.

The staff were just incredible - couldn’t do enough for their guests! Such lovely people. Loved the breakfast options & stunning rooms/outside area/access to the beach. One of those hotels that we loved enough we’d probably return to in the future
If you’re wanting to go into chania regularly - public transport isn’t great & takes around 20 mins in the car due to traffic. We loved the hotel & wanted to relax anyway we didn’t mind so much. The beach isn’t private & has other hotels either side which may be an issue for some but again we didn’t mind :)

The staff were exceptional and very tentative. The direct access to the beach, close to restaurants and shops! The building and room have been exceptionally designed and very modern.
