It's a beautiful place with an attentive staff. Looking on a map, we thought we would be a little isolated, but there is quite a bit to do in walking distance of the hotel, and Chania is a very easy bus ride away. The restaurant was just about the best place we ate in two week of travel across Greece; surprisingly good. The breakfast buffet was great. I don't remember ever giving a 10 before, and I have reviewed a lot of hotels here, but they earned it.
I have nothing for you here--it was all good. Our A/C unit went out, and the staff immediately came to check on it, and within a day had someone out ... to replace the entire unit! This is serious hospitality.

The place is super clean and beautiful, the pools and beach area are wonderful. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would have loved to stay longer!

loves the pools and it was beautiful.
Loved the nice touches of leaving a international charger even though we did bring. and left us a few bottles of water
