The food! So tasty and varied. Kept the grown up kids fed, everyone was happy, breakfast lunch and dinner! The staff! Cleaners, gardeners, waiters, reception, all exceptional, you are appreciated, thank you for making our special holiday more special! Comfortable modern bedrooms and bathrooms (good shower!) and 3 good clean pools. We visited September, so not too many kids.
The location! We have stayed close before, it suits us, quieter neighbourhood, beautiful beaches, great beach bars with central Chania a comfortable walk away along the coast, or easy bus journey via the 21 right outside which now accepts contactless payments.
Our main problem was lack of shade by the pools. The umbrellas are anchored in situ. We had to leave earlier than we would have liked a couple of times because of this. The trees are beautiful near the lower pool and give the best shade, but definitely more and larger umbrellas are needed. People with mobility issues need to be careful about room choice. There are no elevators to upper levels. Access to the main (kima) restaurant is either by steps or the service road. Our maisonette had a very odd internal staircase with no handrail. The upstairs bedroom would be unsuitable for small children or the less able in my opinion. The livingroom/kitchen lacked any comfortable communal area, but the balconies were lovely. Minor issues for us, we had a fabulous holiday!!

Excellent, spacious hotel with a true resort vibe. We loved the three pools, the indulgent breakfast, and the very helpful and friendly staff. Getting to the city center was effortless thanks to frequent buses just minutes away, allowing us to enjoy both the city and the peace and quiet of the resort.
We will definitely stay here again!

Overall a nice complex but we were put into room 11 next to the public toilets and very little light very poor ❤️
