Everyone working there was exceptional-kind, attentive, and always willing to help or answer any questions we had. They were also incredibly helpful with recommendations throughout our stay. Alexandros at the front desk was amazing and truly went above and beyond!
The communication both during and after our stay was excellent as well. Even after checkout, the team continued to assist us via email in arranging spa facilities and other services. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was outstanding, and we truly appreciated how welcoming and accommodating everyone was.
If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be providing individual bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Personally, I’m not a fan of refillable products in wall-mounted containers, and I feel individual amenities would make the experience feel a bit more elevated and luxurious.

The breakfast was great and there was always space at the pool. The staff was also so lovely and helpful!
We were right next to the pool and it was extremely noisy - we had to wear earplugs to sleep.
I booked it because I thought it was no children under 12 but there is were a few children there.
Not the hotels fault but there were some guests constantly smoking at the breakfast tables which was quite offputting! Maybe put some rules into place to prevent that.
