Perfect location close to a beautiful beach, and there is a bus driving to the center- old city, very comfortable. Very nice breakfasts.

Great location of the hotel, just right outside of Chania so you are not in the busy center of the city but easily reachable with some 30 minutes walk. Also the hotel is basically on the beach, which is also very nice. The hotel has it's own pool which is nice for the windy days, although we haven't used it. The room was spacious and had all the important amenities, and the internet worked great. We also had a big terrace with lounges, also very good for a bad day. The breakfast was a bit moderate in variety but had almost everything you need. The breakfast area is also a bit smaller so you might run into a busy time, and also half of the area is directly on sun. The hotel also has a small parrking on it's own, but I also think you can just park on the street.
The bed was not comfortable, the pillow as well. The bathroom was rather small. The upper rooms are only accessible by stairs which can be an issue with the luggage and also some of the lower rooms are basically in the corridords so there's really not much privacy.

The proximity to Chania via bus out front was very convenient. Nice beaches within walking distance and decent restaurant on site for breakfast and meals in a pinch.
I think this hotel is quite good for families with small children. It worked well for us as I was traveling with my daughter but I wouldn't want to stay here as a couple looking for a more romantic trip.
