Such a beautiful hotel in Chania 10/10. We luckily got upgraded to a swim up pool room upon arriving which was amazing. We mostly spoke with Georgia who upgraded us and was SO lovely and friendly and she gave us a small gift when we left! She made our trip even better. The swim up room was brilliant and the pool was fairly quiet and relaxing when we went so we had it mostly to ourselves and we could sunbath on the balcony - (although the sun was not on the balcony’s after 12pm but that is likely the time of year we went). Room was large and spacious with additional seating area and had good facilities including a mini fridge, hairdryer, safe. The cleaners were friendly and done a great job on the rooms.
We had breakfast and dinner included, the food was lovely - breakfast and dinner had many options to choose from and fresh hot food being cooked in front of you along with delicious salads, cheese boards and desserts. There was a different theme each night for dinner. The dining hall was beautiful with a great view of the sea and staff were friendly.
The hotel had a lovely large swimming pool and kids pool and enough sun loungers, the grounds around the hotel were well kept. There was a bridge to a small beach which was a 2 minute walk which was quiet and mostly for hotel guests, it included a pontoon bridge in the sea which was a good addition.
We used the bus service, you can buy tickets in the shop in the hotel or on the bus (cheaper in the shop), the bus stopped right outside the hotel and took us straight into the old town as well as past the beaches - very easy. There was shops nearby and places to eat and a larger beach about 10/15 minutes walk away. Wonderful stay!

This is a hotel I genuinely love coming back to and can wholeheartedly recommend. Every stay here is special – delicious food, a high standard, and a wonderful team that is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel also has excellent swimming pools and plenty of sun loungers, making it easy to relax and enjoy your time here.
Warm regards to Georgia, the hotel manager, who is truly the heart of this place. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for guests make every stay even more special. Thank you, Georgia, for always making me feel so welcome!
Definitely one of those hotels that stays in your memory and makes you look forward to coming back.

Amazing dinners and fantastic staff! We didn't book full board initially but changed our minds because the food is much better than nearby restaurants.
The location is perfect—close to the airport and ideal for exploring the sights of Western Crete. The hotel also features a wonderful private beach with a fantastic snorkeling spot!
Everyone was so friendly, especially Georgia. She was incredibly kind, quick, and responsible in helping us with everything we needed during our stay. Thank you!

view is nice, pool is good, friendly stuff
Noisy as there is a road between room and beach, ac is broken in the first night. The room is quite old and shower head is full of lime scale. The renovation of room is quite old. Food looks fresh but in general very boring, limited choices for breakfast. I’m also surprised mojito is not included in the all inclusive package. The beach is very small and full of stone.
