Small cozy
We like small cosy hotels. The gym small and needs improvements and the breakfast area too small. They are expanding which will improve things but might become too large with the new part of the hotel.

Facilities were clean and tidy
The pool is lovely
Only issue would be the ants by the pool and on our last day the jets in the pool weren’t on so some bugs and leaves in the pool.

Really good location, in walking distance from three nice beaches. Also, very easy to get to Chania by bus, from a bus stop right next to the hotel. The room, large, with bathroom and terrace - excellent, clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, with a lot of options to choose from. The staff were absolutely great, very nice and really very helpful anytime, no matter the ask. We had a wonderful time at Airis.
