Amazing staff, beautiful pool, and great food from the poolside bar/restaurant. The hotel and bar staff were wonderful and so friendly! The bus stop for the Chania commute was close and the service regular. We would highly recommend this accommodation to families.
The only thing I’d say that was slightly disappointing was the pillows on our bed were a little uncomfortable/lumpy. This is very minor and did not at all impact our wonderful stay.

The swimming pool and the breakfast buffet was nice. My family and I also liked how we are able to leave our bags after checkout and have a shower before our flight.
There was quite limiting free toiletries provided.

Fantastic. Staff are wonderful very friendly and helpful. The blue room was very pleasant and breakfast was superb
Two minor points, people reserving sun loungers and not using them until later and just one sheet in bed; there was a woollen blanket in cupboard but a thin duvet would have been better

From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The facilities, accommodation, staff, food, and overall service were all truly exceptional.
Our apartment was immaculate, with daily housekeeping. Bedding and fresh towels changed regularly —including pool towels, which really added to the feeling of comfort and quality throughout our stay.
The setting itself is simply stunning. The grounds feel like a peaceful oasis, almost as if you are staying within beautifully maintained botanical gardens. Every corner is lush and inviting, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is particularly impressive—spacious, spotlessly clean, and surrounded by natural beauty. It’s the perfect place to unwind.
Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. There are three beautiful beaches just a short walk away, and even more within easy reach if you feel like exploring further. You’ll also find several local shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy the local area without needing to travel far. For those wanting to venture into Chania, it’s a scenic 40-minute walk along the coast, or a quick and inexpensive taxi ride.
All in all, this is one of the best apart-hotels we’ve stayed in, especially considering the price. If you’re considering booking and see availability—don’t hesitate. It’s an experience you won’t regret.
Honestly I don't think it could be improved. For the money it is everything we expected and more.
