Sink leaked all over bathroom. Nobody came to fix it after reported. Bedside lamps had a short in them and would go off and on on their own so i could not read. Also not fixed after reported. Feet were black after walking around in our tinybroom si floor was ibviously not mopped. Refrigerator thought it was a freezer and froze our drinks. Bed was ok even though kind of hatd but had a broken spot in bedframe that poked me several times i was getting up. Front employee was pleasant but we will not return to Tybee Island becausevof having to pay to park everywhere or Dunes because of those issues with broken down furnishings and cleanliness. Goodbye Tybee..not going to miss you.

The hotel is within walking distance of the beach which is nice. When we first arrived at the hotel, we were given a room that was horrible. The floors were disgustingly dirty and one of the pillows had makeup on it. I went to the front desk and told the attendant. He was very nice and understanding. He gave us a room that was much nicer.

Room was ready on time. Woman at front desk was great. However that kind of where the review goes off the rails.. when we asked why no one cleaned our room the next day was told that house keeping had only one person and she just couldn’t get to our room. We went and dropped off our towels at the laundry ourselves and got some new ones. Overall cleanliness just wasn’t there. I wiped down the floor myself and you could tell they really hadn’t been mopped in awhile.

The location is excellent. The property is on par with others in the area with regards to condition. The price was excellent compared to its closest neighbors. The kitchenette was a bonus.

The inn is separated into two buildings and in the middle of it is a road which makes it very inconvenient going in and out of the area.

Closeness of parking was nice. Room was fine for the price except for loud A/C window unit. Staff was friendly and nice. Didn’t like so many people smoking outside our room with smoking cans of sand provided. Pier and ocean is very close short walk. WiFi was good.

We stayed 2 nights and found our room 111 very clean and roomy. Staff was very nice and helpful. Easy to walk to the beach. What else is there when you visit the beach??? Chair and umbrella’s available to rent for the day, and cocktails at the pier.

The first room was dirty sink was falling apart, old bathroom torn dirty carpet smelled like mildew, beds were Mis- matched. Dingy bedding. Second room not awful, but old bathroom old and falling apart.

Arrived at hotel and the cost didnt add up with what I booked and wasn't told that a cleaning fee would be charged. However, a cleaning fee charged and get to the room, the toilet has tissue in it and seems as if it has been used. My mom couldn't have her coffee fix because the coffee maker was filty. The water pressure is very low in the shower and sinks. Overall, i would say, if they communicate a little more and clean BETTER it has potential to be a 10 because of its location. And I loved the fact that I was able to bring my fur baby.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Every time we asked for something, our needs were met. However, the hotel room was not the cleanest (you could see dust and web accumulation in the corners). The AC blew cool air, not cold. The doors to rooms do not seal completely which may have contributed to the warmth of the room. I also noticed there was no sprinkler system in place in case of fire. Water pressure in the shower was nearly nonexistent.

This property is in a good location with plenty of dining options within walking distance. The only small complaint about the location was the beach is across the street, but it is only a short walk or drive away so it's not a big deal.

Door wouldn't shut without using your body weight against it and was horribly loud. Toilet tilted to the side when you sat on it. Woke up at 1:27 am to find giant cockroach crawling up the wall. Parking was close and easy to find a spot. Staff was friendly. Not worth the price.

The walls had several dirty hand prints on it in multiple places. The bather soap holder was missing and the floor was very dusty. Other than that it was ok.

Overall the hotel was not bad. They were having key problems. Ac quit working and have to be switched out. The bed was the worst. I think was worst hotel bed I've ever slept on.

First night we didn't have tv, the offered another room for a higher charge. The bed was damaged on one side and shower faucet was loose. 2nd time the ac stopped working. When reported they just said thanks for telling us.

Great little place, easy walk to beach and anything downtown. Beautiful balcony at back of room overlooking pool area. Will definitely stay here again.

Very dirty. Cockroach on the floor. Missing tiles on the walls holes in the doors. I would never stay here again. Maybe for 79.00 a night but not for 300. Also smelled like pee. Only clean thing in this place was the bed.
