Very spacious room. Right by the exit on the first floor. Stayed 5 nights. Hotel was empty! Only 2 or 3 guests there!

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. The room had normal wear and tear/ scuff marks everywhere on the furniture. The bathroom was in need of cleaning and repair. There was hair in the shower and some of the "clean" bath towels had dark stains on them. Overall there was lots of hot water which was nice and the temperature controls for the room worked great. At midnight last night there was heavy thumping in the rooms above us keeping us awake. The pool area was dimly lit. The handrail to get yourself into the pool was loose, with a rusty metal pipe sticking out of the tile next to the stairs. The bathrooms in the pool area were very dimly lit and uninviting. We did not use the laundry facilities as there was a strong weed smell when we were looking for it. The breakfast consisted entirely of carbs (waffles, bagels, and cereal) with no fruit, eggs, meat, or any other type of option available. Overall we enjoyed our experience at the Dells but were not impressed with our stay at the motel. They did offer us a room on the first floor close to the door since we had a lot of luggage. Overall I believe the price was twice as much as it should of cost based on what the motel was like upon arrival.

CAME ALL THE WAY UP FROM MILWAUKEE TO GO SWIMING WITH MY KIDS FOR THE DAY AND THE POOL WAS SO COLD THEY COULD NOT EVEN GET IN I WAS VERY UPSET WITH THIS AND THEY TOLD ME NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT NEVER AGAIN

Got what I paid for so not terribly upset but it’s definitely not a nice hotel. Room had several little things wrong that could have been fixed but clearly got glossed over. We went to breakfast 15 minutes after it opened and somehow they were already out of most of the stuff. I guess it’s possible that a big party just showed up right at open but we were in there for a good 20 minutes and no one came in to check/refill stuff. Again, it’s a cheap room so if that’s all you need, it’s good enough, but it’s probably worth the extra $10-20 to upgrade.

Was a nice room at an inexpensive price. Biggest issue was indoor pool wasnt heated and towels would be only replaced every 3 days. Not a fan of reusing towels so I had to go to desk everyday to exchange.

Pleasantly surprised about size and cleanliness. Affordable pricing. We were on first floor convenient to parking lot and amenities. It was a great stopping point for us on a way to a funeral in Minnesota and easy on and off from the freeway. Only down side is there was a bit of noise from the room above us until about 900pm and then it was fine. Also we were not informed of the breakfast at check-in. I have to be gluten free.....honey nut cheeri0s are gluten free but you were out of them......not a thing I could eat but juice.

The room was musty, visibly mold on the walls, and very dusty and dirty. We were also charged an additional resort fee that was not disclosed in the price and receipt we got when we made our reservations. Front desk was not manned. Had to call for someone to come each time.

The man at the desk was very nice when checking in. Room is ok and breakfast ok. The toilet faucet was leaking a little bit and the leakage was made the carpet wet and husbands socks got wet.

The pool was ice cold, as they told me different on the phone!😔 And they told me they had a free breakfast, So sad sour milk no cream cheese for the hard bagels,as they told me different when i booked it😔the toilet was a kiddos toilet as fall off way to low!😡

Property condition is not nearly as nice as they pictured! No hot tub in swimming pool area, bath curtains falling apart, holes in the walls, noisy rattling a/c unit, cracked & uneven parking lot, 5 tables to accommodate everyone in the hotel for breakfast!? Cheap!!! CheapWholdining room

Check in was slow, only provided 1 key to our room. There was another adult with me. Make sense to have 2 room keys. Room had only 3 bath towels. I had a total of 4 guest.

Cleanliness in this property is very poor. Bedding has blood stains on it and the room stinks so badly. The staff is terrible and won’t let you refund. I wouldn’t recommended staying in this Hotel. 👎👎👎

Hotel was clean and comfortable. A few spots of concern on the walls. Overall very good. Outdoor pools is filled in, so not in use. Indoor pool is very loud with kids yelling. Continental breakfast was very good and convenient. Tried to watch FIFA, but the TV kept freezing and wasn’t very clear. Stuff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Staff for check in was really nice and helpful but the staff for the evening acted like you was a bother to them and was very rude when you asked for extra towels like it was to much work for them what a few extra towels. We used the ones in the room housekeeping took them and only gave us 2 back. They kicked us out of the pool at 10 when it said it was open from 7am to 12am. The ceiling was falling down in our bathroom, shower head was broke in half, the toilet kept running and was so loud it woke the kids up. And if you didn’t get down to break early u has no where to sit in the dinning room because you wasn’t allow to take it of the room. You was even lucky enough to get breakfast if you was down there on time.

We could hear the people upstairs walking back and forth at 1 in the morning. Looks very outdated. It was ALOT of birds inside the roof. The only good thing was the pool. They had a little arcade on the inside which was cool. Breakfast was usual but a VERY small place to eat at. It was hard not to bump into people. I didn’t see any evidence of bed bugs but we were itching all night. Did not have many channels
