Very nice hotel with a good location at the beach but too expensive for what you get. We paid over 3.000 SEK (300 €) for one night without breakfast.

The staff was incredible, but unfortunately the property did not match. The hotel needs either to be torn down and rebuilt to a smaller more eco friendly hotel. If not, it needs to be desperately updated. The breakfast was not that great and even looked like some of the food was reheated from yesterday. The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and I did it sleep well.

Great View! Good APA facilities. Near beach and pier for water activities. Underground carpark very convenient. Staff helpful. Resturant staff appeared to be newly entered into the business.

Absolutely beautiful hotel/resort. The staff was amazing and the amenities are exceptional. Make sure to book a massage at the Spa and have some cava at the pool. Highly recommend!!!

Lacking in atmosphere - the bars & the pool area could have benefited from some music or a DJ to enliven the mood. It’s far too quiet and would not return as a result.

Everything about the hotel is fantastic. Very nice bedroom with comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. Breakfast has a great array of options. The pool and spa facilities are amazing, with a very convenient bar by the pool with friendly staff. We had dinner at the sushi bar on our last night and it was some of the best sushi we have ever had. Also the beef taco was exquisite. All round a 10/10 experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Staff were very overkill around the pool - no jumping in, no drinks near the pool etc. it’s quite a dated property, looks old in parts. Food is very average as well. Not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Probably a good 4 star.

My wife’s significant birthday celebration was hosted perfectly by Las Arenas. The standard of all the hotel’s services for the 4 night stay was first class with the lunch for our extended family of 13 (7 adults + 6 children)being the highlight.

Beautiful hotel by the beach with great facilities, amazing views, lovely large swimming pool and great food / drink options including the pool bar! Only 10-15mins to get into the centre of Valencia too by taxi so very convenient in terms of location.

They dropped and damaged my necklace and wouldn't take accountability for it. Went to breakfast, came back room was cleaned and my diamond necklace was found on floor all tangled and unwearable.

The room options on Expedia don’t match what the hotel has to offer. We booked a room with two double beds as was a friendship group sharing. This room type didn’t exist and when speaking to reception they hung up on me twice over the phone. Then when I went to the desk they told me this was my issue that I needed to raise with Expedia. They advised they were aware of the mis-selling but it would be for me to raise with Expedia. Worst service I have ever received. Staff were rude, dismissive and unhelpful.

It is a wonderful location on the beach close to biking paths and a quick cab ride to the city center. Great restaurants close by and fantastic staff.

Excellent beach front location and an hour walk to the centre of the city - which was perfect Hotel facilities and staff were super - the most incredible deep tissue massage in the spa. Looking forward to visiting again

Hard bed with hard pillows. Main restaurant was very disappointing. 1st day pasta’s were very plain. Paella was most expensive we had and very very dry. Location on the beach was great.
