It was appalling. We turned up, we had paid. They said they have no record of it. We stayed for an hour and showed them all the proof. We obviously then left and had to go to another hotel. We got back less then half with no explanation why we didn’t get the rest Taking things up with Hotel.com

Cannot fault anything at all. Quiet, friendly and a good location. A nice safe area also. A short walk to the beach (8mins) and what a beach front it is. Breakfast was great and really chilled out. Lovely (stunning views) from the balcony area.

This is a lovely property with a short walk to the beach. the owner Jackie was very attentive, including driving us to and from a nearby restaurant in the evening.

Jackie is a wonderful host. She gave us great tips and recommendations for what to do, see, and in some cases avoid. One day I mentioned to her that I'd be cooking dinner in our villa and she gave me ingredients out of her kitchen to save me a trip to the grocery store. Just very gracious and accommodating. Highly recommended.

The ocean view is fantastic. The room was very spacious and clean. Jackie is an incredible host and will help make your trip very memorable. Would definitely recommend renting a car, as we did, if you want to get around. It’s very easy to recommend this place.

Jackie went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay and was the most wonderful host. Her cooking is an absolute must try!! Sunset villas are a 5-10 min walk to a beautiful beach with bars and restaurants, perfect location.

The experience at Sunset was everything we needed for this 5 day break. Super clean rooms and bathroom. Great location for exploring the island (recommend you get a rental so you can get around to see beaches). And I’m saving the best for last — Jacqui is a gem. She made the whole stay. An incredibly caring owner who deserves five stars. Thank you again

Jackie was so friendly and personable throughout my stay. I arrived late evening and stayed late the following day. She dropped me to the beach so I knew the walk back which was so kind. Breakfast was lovely and fresh, rooms are so clean and big. I’d highly recommend if not looking for a resort type stay.

A gem of a boutique hotel. Beautifully maintained, large rooms, dining room and decks with a view of the Caribbean and its exquisite sunsets. Jackie, the proprietor could not be more delightful - and a very good cook. The continental breakfast was a treat; ordering prepared breakfast was delicious and a bargain. Not directly on the beach but also none of the commercialism or traffic. Highly recommend

Amazing Lady! Amazing Service! Intimate 1st Class Boutique Hotel. If i compare to the many All Inclusive Resorts I have visited over the years, Jackie and The Villas at Sunset Lane rank as one of the BEST, even though she doesn't have the financial clout available to other Hotel Brands. They could learn a lot about true customer service beyond expectations from Jackie.

I stayed for 5 nights in Oct 2020 and found this to be an excellent villa. The room was large with an excellent view, jetted bath tub and a huge bed. Everything was very clean and the host Jackie took all the necessary precautions for the Covid 19 outbreak. Jackie was very helpful, offering lots of useless tips and advice, as well as offering free lifts to shops/restaurants... a lovely bonus! The villa is 10 mins walk from the beach, has a large warm pool (that I had all to myself most of the time!) and while I didn’t find Antigua the easiest place to get around, Jackie was always on hand to help. The only downside... the TV didn’t work! I highly recommend staying here!

One of a kind. Jackie made our final day, post a week of sailing Antigua, an exceptional personalized experience. If you are looking for special. local. visit The Villas at Sunset Lane. Jackie, she is caring and authentic. She personally drove us to the beach and to dinner per her recommendation. A trained chef, she prepared a us local breakfast -- amazing! I'd be amiss not to my panic losing my cell phone in the car ride back to the airport ... we reached back and her driver returned within 10 minutes -- disaster avoided! If you are visiting Antigua, be sure to meet Jackie and stay at her one of a kind Villas! 5 stars!!

Ms. Jackie was wonderful and a joy to talk to! Such a sweet soul who should be proud of the business shes worked so hard for. Provides an excellent experience for guests. Our AC went out in the room the last night and was very hot and Ms. Jackie put us up in another room to keep us comfortable while not making us move our belongings. The food is great and all home made but, is not all inclusive except for the continental breakfast in the morning. We had a hell of a ride on the ferry and got in later than expected but Jackie still put a wonderful meal together for us that night. I didnt notice but, my significant others only complaint was a dog nearby that barked a lot during the night and woke him a few times, hardly a concern at all. Fantastic service and close to lots of great restaurants! Small, intimate experience and a great way to support a worthy local business. Definitely recommend!

Fabulous stay...thanks to Jackie for our spectacular breakfast every day. Who can beat sitting on the balcony watching the boats come and go, eating omelettes, pancakes, muffins, fruit...:) Also amazing beach 5 minutes walk away, with great beach clubs.
