Gorgeous spot with serious room upkeep problems.

The grounds and location are beautiful. Great beaches and outstanding view from the dining room/ upper bar area.

The windows in the rooms have serious problems. Most of the louvred blinds would not work in the first room since the open/close mechanisms were stripped- no screens on the top front of the windows and no way to close the blinds well so the room was filled with mosquitoes. Paid extra to move to a different room which did have screens on all the windows so we did not get eaten by mosquitoes but 9 of the 11 blinds did not function- so we had an incredible view out the front of our room but could not open the blinds to see it. When we moved to the second room, the air conditioner did not work but they did get if fixed about 6 hours later and the toilet flush mechanism had rusted away but able to keep the toilet from running using a shampoo bottle. Good variety of food but not very high quality. One of us is gluten free and she got sick two times despite only eating what she was told was gluten free- not a safe place to visit with food allergies.

All rooms very tired, our loo was always leaking and kept filling up all the time. Leaving the floor wet all the time. Needed a good lick of paint and updating

lovely low key resort in a great position

A 3* resort in a lovely position with a naturist beach to the south. Our accommodation was better than expected with quiet fans and good air con. Upgrading this resort would spoil it, there aren’t many low key resorts on the island. No mosquitoes.

Our 4th Anniversary was unforgettable.

We loves the greeting on arrival. Teajhee was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Champagne on ice in the room on arrival was on point. Nice bed decor by housekeeping was a lovely touch. William the bartender was amazing! The Hostess at dinner was exceptional. She arranged for the band to announce our Anniversary and selected a song for us. I wish had paid attention to her name because she went above and beyond. Egbert the chef was very amusing. He put a smile on our faces. Thanks to the entire team at Hawksbill everything was unforgettable....

A very mixed bag of features which were excellent and those which were poor., would not visit again.

The staff were mostly very pleasant, the bedtoom was a good size and the beds and bedding were first class

There was no free WiFi in the bedrooms, it was instead an optional extra. The water shut off sometimes for several hours at a time repeatedly ( about 6 times in 10 day). The food was unimaginative and sometimes somewhat stingy. No bottles of water were provided in the rooms and these had to be purchawed at the bar instead.

Multiple beaches good variety of food, lovely guests and staff. Drinks good, would have been nice to know bottled water wasn't included.

No sunfish sailing boats as Booking.com advertises, basic room is very basic. Mosquito grills didn't fit, clothing went missing from private terrace area.

If it was not for the location we would have left.

The location beside the beaches is fabulous and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The place is run down, tatty and worse than basic. The food is dire.

Dining room view and condition were excellent. Staff was very, very nice.

Water pressure low. Slick shower tiles. Tiny shallow pool. Poor food. Bedroom had open vents and air conditioning on.

Adequate for the price

Location was fine, easy to get to with a taxi. Only 30 mins from the airport and cost $81ec. Lovely beaches and the grounds were very well maintained by the landscaping teams. Nice, quiet and family friendly. All staff did were friendly and helpful.

Room 79 was no way near up to standard. Blubs missing from the light sockets, very noisy fans, very very brown dirty water coming out the shower, mosquito screens did not fir in the window shutters (that did not work). Front door not closing properly, and a huge huge mosquito infestation around the property. Buffet food was basic, but edible.

If you’re looking for a budget stay on a beautiful island, Hawksbill ticks the box.

Beautiful beach, the dining area/bar was elevated so great views. Lovely beaches around each cove. Beds super comfy and great view from balcony.

Very dated and original room had no AC so had to pay to upgrade. Showers are OK but not great.

Beautiful location and would go back

Beautiful peaceful location, stunning beaches, lovely view from beachfront rooms. Some of the staff were brilliant. Tasty Caribbean food but not what you’d usually get from an all inclusive resort.

Rooms are tired, some of the staff could be more approachable, the pool really needs replacing with something bigger and better!

Disappointed in how we were treated

Liked the chefs who were friendly and food was tasty.

- No wifi in rooms - Towels were dirty - No choice in payment of USD even though this was the reservation currency - No drinking water in rooms - Trying to charge for water at all-inclusive ! - Said it would take prepayment before arrival and then we had to pay on arrival - actually one restaurant option for meals, not two. - No glass windows so can’t keep the air con on and have a view out - The mosquito mesh is broken so the vents can’t be opened to allow breeze or view out - No mosquito nets over the beds - most Staff not particularly friendly to us. Like they didn’t want to help

freindly and helpful staff and great music on wednesday evening

the facilities were average at best - we travelled as two couples and there was a stark difference between the quality of the two rooms Our safe had no locking mechanism and the mens toilets had no lock either the food was pretty good but organisation pretty poor - I appreciate that the cricket was on but having stayed at Ocean Point on my way yo the BVI I was totally disappointed with Hawksbill at more that twice the price

amazing location, mostly helpful staff - could just do with updating the menu and the older rooms!

the location is unbeatable. we went past more expensive hotels on a boat tour and I honestly think hawksbill beaches are some of the best. the staff are mostly helpful, especially reception.

the food. very little for vegetarians and the same for lunch every day. at times the service was a little slow so that could be worked on.

room was fly infested on my arrival, shower was disgusting had been cleaned (I think?) thick mastic mould ridden in shower. Had travelled for 18 hrs arrived here for 1 night. i couldn't bring myself to shower as it looked unclean and extreemly dated

Simply not value for money. Probably will not return. Would go Jolly Beach or English Harbour area.

Scenery breath-takingly beautiful Breakfast adequate.
