Tampa dream hotel!

Beautiful hotel. Perfectly situated close to the airport. The most friendly and helpful staff - especially Gino :)

I will not be going back. Over priced.

The breakfast was good. Not bad for a hotel buffet.

There was one bartender at the pool, the poor bartender was run over, it was swamped as Kenny chesney was in town and the hotel was booked solid. Not to mention, it was the only bar, and its has like 6 chairs at it. The nasty sign on the pool door about not bringing your own food or beverages to the pool even though you could not get service. Everyone at the pool was complaining. The pool towels were the worst. They are so small, along with the towels in the room. And I think 90 % of the guests have a view for the parking lot or roof.

very poor for the price.

The first room that was provided to us was dirty, the inside of the bathroom door looked like it had vomit or blood on it. I paid almost 450.00 the highest priced to get the same room to replace that room. Very dissatisfied. When we went down stairs to get coffee, they had no coffee creamer to provide to us.

The staff was very unfriendly, when we walked into the incorrect entrance we were lost and could not find that hotel the lobby. the outdoor bar took forever to wait on us and get food and drinks.

Great location for Tampa Airport. Feels like a Hawaian resort hotel. Breakfast buffet great value for money. Excellent pool and bar.

It took 3 hours to get rooms because of the full house.. Needed more staff for housekeeping to turn rooms over

Outside if a few mix ups, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

I liked the location and the amenities.

Upon check in, the front desk gave me the wrong room number twice on 2 different floors. I tried to enter two different rooms with a key that did not work. On the 3rd try the key finally worked. I was also booked in a handicapped room which I did not request and the bathroom door did not shut closed or lock. I requested King size beds and got 2 full size beds which were pretty small. At times 2 or 1 out of 3 elevators worked.

Really nice hotel with one issue of elevators

Lovely hotel. Room was perfect. everything was clean, comfortable, up to date, plenty of space. Lobby had a lot of seating options that were inviting and not just your plain Jane lobby furniture and ambiance. There was what I think was a skee ball game and also paddle ball game. Pool had places to sit that are covered under tiki roofs if you don’t want to be in the sun. Poolside had a giant chess game for kids or adults to play.

only one of three elevators were working on my morning of checkout. Waited for an elevator that I could get on. Elevator came twice in 15mins and was full both times. I had to walk my bag down 8 floors. thankfully didn’t have to walk it up. Self parking is $15/day which seems ridiculous for a non downtown hotel. I can understand restricting parking to guests but it is just a lot not a garage. Also one entrance gate is very poorly placed since you can’t make the turn and be close enough to the machine to scan your room card for entrance and have to get out of car to reach it.

One night stay cation with family. Wasn't bad but for the price I expected more. Major roads nearby.

Loved the modern decor and friendliness.

Decor and room had some nice elements and decorations and some older ones. It wasn't as updated as expected from pics. View was half the roof and half the pool. $4+ for cup of coffee was outrageous! Small restaurant in hotel unappealing with food and prices listed. Didn't see anyone eat there.
