Amazing hotel in the heart of the big apple

Luxury stay in NY

Very friendly staff , Front door, reception and cleaners when went to room safe was broken and then came and replaced within the hour Had a gym with brand new Technogym equipment , not the usual ""rusted got it on ebay type "" Indoor heated Pool was nice after a long day felt super safe with hotel security and small lobby Beds were very comfy , firm with a soft top Concierge booked a nice restaurant for us Location is 10/10 across from park and in a safe part of town , not seedy like around Times square district Is next to subway #1 , A,B,C,D lines Has mini Kitchen so can make your own breakfast and snacks , wholefoods is a 5 min walk we stayed for a week and normally there is some unresolved issue but had none

1] Trump Points > still dont understand whether can be earned when booked through Booking.com 2] room descriptions > I think a map of rooms on each floor would help , as some types are confusing when looking on Booking I dont think the above items were meant to be misleading , but need to be clarified / detailed up front HAve stayed before and would stay again

Tiny, understated lobby/entrance, no guest bar, no facilities for late checkout (we paid $1500 a night for 5 nights and got ready to depart in a toilet), traffic noise, lighting in room didn't really work (supposed to be state of the art electronic switches but they didn't activate desired lights, I had no bedside light for instance)

Excellent stay if you have money to pay

I would say it expensive hotel that costs more than $3000 for two nights but nothing else was a problem

Price is outrages compare to the best hotels in Europe for longer stay with the breakfast included

Great location.

Great location, right next to Central Park. The staff are helpful. There's an amazing supermarket across the street. The room features a nice kitchen, making it very convenient to cook some nice food when the weather isn't good.

However, the biggest issue is the water temperature; it's quite unstable during showers, and the water pressure is also low. The reception area is a bit old and small. The size of the bedroom itself isn't that big, as the room includes two walk-in wardrobes and a kitchen area, which take a lot of space.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

I liked the position…. Amazing

I didn’t liked some staff of the concierge staff. Not at all helpful and we waited some responses for more then 3 days … at the end we organised by ourselves. And we didn’t have any responses also in the next few days. Actually the concierge manager said to us apology but was honestly to late.

Very well appointed suites with neutral decor. Great for a family with young kids. Good size kitchens and friendly staff.

There isn’t convenient flat access to the main lobby. No room service from 10pm to 6am at all. It’s great having 2 Michelin star catering from 1145-2200 but would be nice to have some overnight services without using a delivery app.

it's in a prime location and close to eveything . Columbus Circle Subway stop is just outside the hotel . Above all staff was very polite and accommodating.

May be a bigger lobby area would be nice.

Amazing hotel, worth the money, excellent staff - super clean and spacious.

- Clean - Spacious rooms - Fantastic cleaning service - Nice bottle of champagne with chocolates upon arrival by surprise - My partner was sick and within 15 mins the front desk had a doctor call our room line free of charge - Really great people and highly recommended

- Small lobby, not much room to hang about - Room service is very limited - Expect to tip regularly
