Owners and place are really good. Maid was excellent this trip.

Area is a good location but outside the property the homeless problem and street people are everywhere along with a marijuana store not far. Keep your eyes open if walking especially at night. I was woke up one Saturday evening with people screaming. While not a reflection on the owners of the property- just be vigilant.

Bathroom smelled bad, tub didn't drain properly, staff entered room and turned off the ac and left room hot,sheets were stained,

Great stay to explore LA

Convenient location near Venice beach. We rented a car and visited LA from this motel. This was super easy, a good base. Rooms are spacious, bed is very comfortable, easy to find and park. Good AC/heater.

A little bit of black mold in the bathroom.

it was acceptable quality for a motel, quite clean and spacious. had a hairdryer and shampoo. it had a semi-working heater.

the motel was very noisy, you could hear all the neighbours during the night. location was a bit sketchy.

Great deal we personalized service!

The couple that runs the property, Sam & Mita were extremely nice with us! we even extended our stay 2 times. the place has an excellent location and it’s close to the beach. there is a small kitchenette in the room that we loved! it saved us lots of money. there is also daily maid service and parking. if back in LA we will for sure come back.

More than worth it!

Can't say enough good things! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and clean, with amazing water pressure in the shower, soft towels, and the toiletries were lovely! The owners were incredibly friendly, and helpful! And the location was fantastic. Easy walk to beaches, quick scooter ride to major attractions, not a bad uber/lyft ride to the Hollywood area. And plenty of food options all around!

Great location!

The location of the motel to the airport and fun things to do was great! The staff was kind, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure.

Very good

The owners were so kind and helpfull, really amazing. The room was bigger then the pictures make them look. Would recommend!

Kitchen doesn't have utensils and coffeemachine and iron didn't work.

Value for money, big room and safe neighborhood.

Big, comfortable room, quiet place despite being right next to main road. All was clean and very close to ocean, safe neighborhood.

Missing forks, plates, knives and spoon despite kitchen being present.

Nice motel with free parking

Room was clean and big. Have microwave, fridge, coffee marker, toiletries, nice bed and large television. We stayed here in mid Sept22 for 1 night. Seems quite close to the Venice beach but you have to walk a few kilometres. Surrounding area is okay, nearby restaurants and Cotsco. Doesn’t look like much but definitely nice room.

Good sized room in a convenient location. Having the small kitchen was great and the bathroom was a good size too.

A little tired and dated but well cared for.

The room had a peculiar order. I had to clean the dust off the bottom of the bed side table before I could put my clothes in it.

Reasonable for the area. Sweet courtyard right off busy street. I appreciated finding this place.

It was within 4 minutes of the school where I was working. It was clean and roomy. Included a small kitchenette which was nice. Ironing board. Nice bathroom. Bed comfortable enough for me. Desk to set up computer. Good internet. Very nice folks running it.
