One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at

Not much honestly had a bad smell of pee the whole time

Towels had stains covers had stains on them smelled like pee when you walked in the hotel employees were more worried about leaving then attending to line of people there room was very humid ac didn’t work but I had no cboice to stay because already paid for the room and been on the road for 12 hours didn’t want to pack up and do that again

It was a good value and location for me. I would stay there again.

They moved me to a King at check-in when I requested. I had looked at the room before actually checking-in and they were very accommodating.

The interiors were dated and the breakfast was very limited.

Disappointed

Both times we checked in they did not have any accessible rooms available. We did have confirmed reservations made in July for November.

We will not be staying here again.

The staff was nice and able to accommodate us.

The first room that we stayed in had a bad odor of cigarette smoke and the floors looked like they had not been vacuumed in a while. Fortunately, we were moved to another room. The second room was in better shape and did not smell, but it was not thoroughly cleaned as well. The desk chair looked like it had dried spit on it and the bathroom wall had stains on them. Both beds were very uncomfortable and sunken in in the middle.

look elsewhere

room was too much money for it's dirty and hard to get to location . I'm sure they had better rooms but by accepting the good deals offered online you find yourself out used upon arrival at the property ??? there were toys in the bathroom on the floor behind the bathroom door ,left there by some child and covered in floor dirt and dust bunnies . but hey the Kleenex was folded In to a nice flower a d the toilet paper rolls folded I to a nice little arrow point ? the facade of clean but nowhere near it . it smelled like urine. inside the room and sewer and restaurant waste outside . Not my idea if worth the money .

Pretty Average for price

It was okay. Pretty average for what we paid for it. Definitely wasn’t the best hotel but it wasn’t the worst. All we really did was sleep, shower and get ready for the day. It could definitely use an update inside and out.

The pool was closed. Breakfast was bare minimum. Carpet felt damp or sticky, who knows could have been both 🤷🏼‍♀️. The Full sized beds do not accommodate two plump sized adults so we slept in our own beds like it was the 50s. Front desk was minimally manned. We could hear the cleaning crew outside our door having a very inappropriate non work related conversation including cuss words while were getting ready.

Safety lock was broken on the door. The chair arm was dirty from continued use and no good fabric cleaning and the toilet seat was loose and the pool was nasty! Evening staff was pleasant but the morning staff was short and acted like she didn’t like being disturbed!

Good location. Denny's close by.

This must be an older property. The carpet in the hallway was dingy and the carpet in the room was buckling. The front desk person seemed annoyed when I asked some questions about the location of the room. She was also annoyed when I couldn't use the key cards on the door to the outside.

The sink had slow drainage and the facility was not up to par for the price.

Proximity to the freeway.

Room smelt like weed. Carpet uneven and dirty. Bathroom exhaust was so loud like a blender. I was sinking in the bed, the hotel needs a complete makeover. Sorry just being honest.

Horrible stay!

there’s nothing to like about this place

Horrible! first I arrived to check in and they told me there was no reservation, made me go to the one a across the street. I had to come back and the guy told me he had me second last name first so that’s why he didn’t find my reservation. the room was not clean at all! there were hairs in the bathtub, sheets dirty with like bloody boogers, no Kleenex as well. the tv didn’t turn on unless you moved the cable, the volume didn’t work to put it up or down. the AC was too noisy! breakfast was really not good, very basic and simple things. horrible stay!
