Clean and economical

Tile versus carpet throughout. Staff friendly.

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. I would consider staying there again.

The room was clean. The check in was quick. The lobby was nice.

The lighting in the room and bathroom was weak. It was hard to put on make up due to low lighting.

I just don't ever plan on staying there again.

Breakfast room appeared clean but the hallways when we arrived in the evening looked like they needed a good vacuuming. The rug in the elevator was dirty and when we got out upstairs on the 3rd floor there was a black plastic glove just outside the elevator on the floor and the floor was dirty around the elevator as well as the rug inside.

I just won't stay there again. We were mislead that it was the newest hotel in that area - it's 8 years old and needs some updating.

Great place to stay!

This is a very nice place, with the comfort and cleanliness you would expect from Microtel. I found it comfortable and secure. The breakfast was very good.

Superb

The breakfast was adequate, the room was nice. The bed and pillows were very good. This was a nice stay and we would stay here again.

Nice hotel at a fairly good price

Clean room, quiet, pleasant staff

Elevator was out. Manager explained he was trying to get repaired but Vernal is three hours away from any major city. It was obvious they were try to resolve the situation but there were circumstances beyond their control. A microwave to heat up the boiled eggs would have been helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

Clean an new. Nice design in rooms.

Elevator broken. Closed breakfast 30 mins earlier than I was told at check-in. Another guest was given a key to our room by mistake at his check in. Our room key was disabled the morning before we left. Had to get a new key.

Overall would stay here again

Staff was awesome, location was perfect for us!

There was trash under one of the beds in one of the rooms we stayed in. Vape juice container and some vitamin packaging.

We enjoyed our stay.

The room was nice, the bathroom could have been bigger. The a/c was central air which was nice. We didn’t have the breakfast. The staff was friendly. This was the first place we’ve stayed since covid that is back to daily housekeeping which was also nice.

Superb

Nice clean room. Overall, a good stay and comfortable bed. Would consider here staying again.

Breakfast options were very few, which is fine. But the quality of the items mediocre at best.

Other than the breakfast we’re happy with our stay

We went down for breakfast at 8:30 and the choices were nothing but a dry bagel and I mean ONE and cold cereal and the waffle maker! One over ripe pear and Agee hard boiled eggs! Never saw anyone to find out if they even had a slice of bread!

Very adequate. I would consider staying there again.

The service was good, but there was a complete mix-up with the reservation and when we arrived there was not a reservation, it was supposed to have been rescheduled but it wasn't the computer system so they had us for a no-show for the original reservation. However, the front desk clerk set us up and it all worked out. The kids love having access to a pool.

No complaints really, it's a cheap hotel but it was very good for the price.

Was good, but could have been better.

Pillows were awful, the breakfast could be better , like it was before "Covid" lets move on and get over it. AND I wish they would have waited to charge my card I had on file as I was planning on paying with my bank card for both rooms,

Comfy and clean

The breakfast had much better choices than a few months ago. It was nice to have the yogurt and boiled eggs added. Also the room was clean and the bed was comfortable- not too soft or hard. It smells nice inside- clean and comfortable. No stale smoke smell here. The staff was friendly and quick at check in even later at night.

The size of the room.

I did not like the fact that I had to sign a waiver stating we would only be in the pool for an hour. The whole reason for booking this particular hotel was because they had both a pool and a hot tub. The COVID rules for this hotel need to be lifted.
