It was ok.

Property was ok. Had a modern flare. Front desk staff very pleasant.

Room had a few annoying details such as; body wash was empty, AC/heat was difficult to control temperature, no blow dryer, shower water temperature was hot on the cold setting which made for a very hot shower. Why do they install these toilets that are very low?

Took me a while to figure out to turn on and off the nights. It wasn't until I found theaster switch that I got things to work

Great stay at Aloft

Great quiet location, Comfy beds, Coffee (Dutch Bros.) in front pf hotel parking lot. Lobby has lots of seating and cool areas. Staff was very pleasant. Good bedding and towels.

Tere needs to be more attention to detail paid to cleaning. AC unit had a layer of dust on top of it and we had a not perfectly cleaned shower. Towels and sheets were perfect though.

It was clean, open concept, modern, and well lit.

The ONLY thing was that I could hear other guests in the hallways because our room was close to an exit door

A Disappointing Stay at Aloft Hotel My recent experience at the Aloft Hotel was nothing short of disappointing. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a series of inconveniences that left us questioning the quality of their service. From the lack of hot water and essential amenities to an unaccommodating response to our flight delay, our time at the hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon checking into our first room, we immediately noticed the absence of hot water. Despite switching to another room, the issue persisted, leaving us with no option but to endure cold showers throughout our stay. The lack of hot water was a significant inconvenience, especially after a long day of travel and sightseeing. Moreover, we were dismayed to find that our room lacked basic necessities like soap and face towels. When we inquired about the missing amenities, the maid informed us that she was out of face towels, which was an unexpected and disappointing response from a reputed hotel chain like Aloft. As if these issues weren't enough, we faced a further challenge when requesting a late check-out due to a delayed flight. Instead of showing understanding and empathy towards our situation, the hotel staff seemed unresponsive and unaccommodating. It was disheartening to receive such an indifferent response after having endured multiple inconveniences during our stay. In conclusion, our experience at the Aloft Hotel was far from satisfactory. The lack of hot water, absence of basic amenities like soap and face towels, and an unhelpful attitude towards our request for a late check-out all contributed to a disappointing stay. As a traveler, I expect a certain level of service and comfort, which regrettably were not met during our time at this hotel. I hope that the management takes these issues seriously and addresses them promptly to ensure a better experience

The front desk was nice and helpful and answered all my questions. The rest of the accommodations were satisfactory.

My room was really hot when we arrived. The shampoo and conditioner were full, but the bodywash was not, and it was hard to try and pump the little that was in the pump bottles. No diner was available as there was no cook for later shift, only breakfast.

It's really nice looking. I've never stayed at a place like it.

No microwave?! Also a small trashcan in the bathroom would be nice. It was awkward sharing the only trashcan for general waste with everyone since I had to dispose feminine care products in it too.

New modern hotel in great location

The hotel appears to be very new and modern. There is a bar in the lobby (W xyz), and little conversation nooks with board games like Connect4. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, albeit a bit odd (check out the photo of the bathroom wallpaper). I like that there's no carpet in the rooms (better for allergies), just a small area rug, but that does mean the room can be a little echoey. I didn't hear noise from other guests, though, so that's good. I love the DryBar bath products. Shares a parking lot with Fuego tacos (yum) and Dutch Bros Coffee. Great location near I-10 and UTSA.

The water was scalding HOT. I couldn't figure out how to get the water colder in the shower or sink (took my pills with hot water). I could see from other reviews that this was an issue - people seem to have either no hot water or only hot water.

Absolutely horrible and i will never comeback to this hotel.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I arrived and found out that they cancelled without any notification my reservation. They accepted it was their fault but still they did not solve my problem. I was at midnight waiting for a room with my daughter without any help.

Love the hotel, not too much feeling inconsiderate guest and poo butt water pressure =temperature

Location. Close to family but still had privacy.

Water pressure and temperature. I had one hot shower during the whole stay! Neighbors above and next door were noisy until midnight.

0 water pressure so couldn't take a shower and the offer me a snack as compensation

The shower was broken and the water dribbled out and I couldn't shower and little water that came out was cold front deck offer me a snack at the lounge for not being able to take a shower....I won't be staying there again.
