Ottimo hotel, lo staff parla un ottimo inglese (cosa non scontata in Giappone) in particolare un ragazzo che era in trai

Pulizia, possibilità di avere kit bagno/skincare Fermata della metro per dotonbori a 20mt dall’hotel, per shin Osaka invece circa 5 minuti

Excellent stay - comfortable and good location

Excellent stay - hotel was in a good location just steps away from the subway station. Just a few stops away from the tourist areas but hotel was in a quieter (more business) area. Convenience store and places to eat nearby. Hotel was modern and the staff were helpful and friendly. Room was quite large (by Japanese standards) and disposable amenities (toothbrush etc) were available at the front desk if you needed anything. Wi-Fi was fast. Breakfast was a nice mix and included some Osaka specialities (takoyaki!!). All in all very happy for the price paid.

Accessible, comfortable, good value for money

Loved how close it was to two train stations, so it was easy to get around. There's a nearby convenience store for essentials and late-night runs too. Our room was comfortable and was a good size. Even though it was winter, the temperature inside the room was just right. I also liked how respectful they are with housekeeping (not just barging in; you need to hang a make up room sign for them to clean your room). Staff were friendly, check-out was quick. Will surely stay here again when we come back!

Nice, clean, but not in touristy spot.

The size of the bed is better than other hotels in Japan. Theres a lot of convenience store nearby like the family mart. Its 3 mins walk to kitahama station. If you going to kyoto you can go to Yokohama station.

Its in the business area. Far from touristy spot. Nothing much going on in the area.

بعده عن الاماكن السياحيه ولكن قرب المترو للفندق ومحطة القطار فلايوجد مشكله

Modern amd clean, rooms very small for a family.

Great location close to train strong amd lots of food options near by. Lovely, friendly staff. Modern and clean rooms.

Rooms were very small. If you are after just a bed, then this hotel will suit. We had a family of three and it was hard even to find room to have our luggage. Would be best suited to a couple or single. We had a double room.

Too crowded and the breakfast should have more varieties

The first room we got still had left over stuffs and old towels in the room lucky we got switched to another room which was better

お部屋が広い。ユニットバスだったが、かなり広く使えて快適でした。朝食も特にサラダが充実していて大変満足でした。スタッフの方がとても親切！

ロビーで電源を使いたい時に、電源コンセントの場所が少ない。

Nice location

The area is quite and nice location easy access to Keihan line and metro station exit 1B is elevator if you traveling with a big luggage, and exit 3 for stairs, also a family mart nearby recommend !!!

很好的住宿體驗

房間大又乾淨，飯店人員親切有禮貌，飯店鄰近北濱地鐵站3.4號出口及京阪電車，飯店附近的北濱地鐵站4號出口有超市，價格便宜，走路5分鐘內就能抵達，一樓電梯旁有盥洗用品的備品，很歡迎旅客索取，早餐好吃，選擇多樣化，下次再去大阪玩會優先考慮再次入住。

離北濱地鐵站很近，但如果要去鬧區的梅田站或心齋橋、難波，可以走路約10分鐘到淀屋橋站搭地鐵，減少轉乘不同地鐵線的麻煩。

環境舒適，入住體驗佳

這間是全家人都按讚👍的飯店周邊及飯店環境很好，門口還有種植玫瑰花，枕頭很好睡，浴室大小適中，房間兩人入住不會擁擠～交通位置也不錯，走路去河岸邊吃早餐很享受😎

硬要講可能是窗簾的縫隙會透光，怕光的人要自己自備眼罩～除此之外真的很不錯！

Clean, convenient and comfortable!

The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were very helpful throughout our entire stay. The close proximity to Osaka Castle and multiple different train stations was very convenient.

직원분들이 매우 친절해요 들어올 때, 나갈 때 인사도 해주시고 안내도 친절하게 해주셨습니다 (다만 일본인이 아닌 외국인 직원분들은 그저 그렇습니다) 특히 마지막날 짐 맡길 때 담당해주신 단발머리 여자 일본 직원분이 너무 친절하셨어요 감사합니다 위치가 꽤나 괜찮아요 번화가가 아니지만 중심에 있어 어딜가든 다 편하고 가깝게 이동 가능해요 7층에 얼음 정수기가 마련돼 있으니 이용하세요

냉동이 안됩니다 마지막날 청소 상태가 너무 별로였어요 예전에 묵을땐 안그랬는데 조금 더 신경써주시면 좋을 것 같습니다

連泊で快適でした。よく眠れました。

ロケーションは最高です。部屋はコンパクトで、口コミではマットレスが心地よいとのことでしたが本当に寝心地はよかったです。いつも外ではなかなか寝付けないのですが、よく眠れました。官庁街の中で静かな場所で、とてもバリュープライスだと思います。また夫はあとから合流しましたが、おそらく母国語が日本語ではないと思われるスタッフがフロントで対応して下さったのですが、こちらの伝えたいことをきちんと理解して、カードキーを夫に渡してくれました。外国人の方の宿泊も多く、多国籍の宿泊客への対応もあるなか、安心できる対応だったです。

冷蔵庫の扉の建付けが外れてしまっていました。特に支障はなかったので気にはなりませんでした。

早上入住時,一位皮膚較攸黑的女生和一位男生,雖然不會中文,但態度都非常好

晚上要回飯店時,不知道為何房卡逼電梯都無法使用,逼超多次(有聲音)櫃台人員也都沒理我,之後還是我們自己去詢問,櫃台人員才說把卡給他看,希望這位晚班櫃台多點觀察力 (當下沒有其他客人需要服務)

good value for money. quite a wide variety of restaurants near the hotel yet the location isn’t as hectic and crowded as namba area. the hotel is new but the bed & pillows are not the best.

Everything was perfectly OK - nothing special, but nothing really wrong either.

The only real complaint I had was that the room smelled very strange. We got used to it after a little while in the room, but every time we went back in after an absence, we could smell it again.

Easy to get to and near the tube station. The room was comfortable enough and the hotel offers good services.

Very clean hotel rooms with basic facilities. In a quiet area, but a bit of a distance from all the big attractions and hotspots. Overall, a good hotel.

Good

The breakfast was good and convenient, although we had to pay extra to get it. It is at a walkable distance of the Osaka castle.

The room setup was a bit odd and smaller than I'm used to. Also, the walls had several stains of coffee drops (at least it looked like it).

Great Location, good hotel for a reasonable price.

First of all, it is located in a very good location. It is near Kitahama station where you can go to Kyoto by Keihan Line easily and cheaply. From Kitahama you can walk (inside the station or on the street) to Yodoyabashi in 10 minutes to access the Midosuji Line which can take you too all major stations in Osaka - Shin Osaka, Osaka, Umeda, Gamba, Tennoji etc. The area is not a busy shopping area but office area, so it is not too chaotic, very peaceful, yet well maintained and easy to get anything you want. The building is new and has a good size of lobby to hangout. The staffs are helpful. The property has washer-dryer machine on the first floor too.

The room is quite packed for 3 persons, though it is a Japanese standard. The layout is not quite convenient for 3 people.

Superb

The room was awesome and very clean! The cleaning service was just perfect and awesome! And the reception was also nice and pretty.

Just the point that when i first used the automatic toilet, the piece that throw water to clean your down body was dirty with a little bit of poop. I told the reception but they didn't clean it so i didn't use it again.
