A good base for our time at Disneyland.

Close to Disneyland, nice pool, helpful staff and pleasant rooms.

Early morning noise (bin wagons, birds and fridge). There was no safe provided even though it was mentioned in the joining instruction sheet.

Ótima localização e breakfast no Denys

Procurávamos um hotel perto da Disney e o BW nos atendeu muito bem . Pedimos um quarto no térreo por causa das malas pesadas (não há elevador) , foi ótimo porque estacionamos o carro bem em frente ao quarto. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho , a decoração era antiga. Tinha microondas e geladeira , muito bom . O melhor foi o café da manhã que era servido no Denys , mesmo com cardápio reduzido , foi mais do que suficiente para nós dois .

Da cobrança do estacionamento , de 15,50 usd . Desnecessário e antipatico.

It's a conveniently located, clean and comfortable place and the people who work there are very nice

We liked the location. Close to Disney Parks and other recreation. We liked the pool and hot tub. The staff were very nice.

Not enough soap in the dispenser in shower.

The room and property was clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The property was within walking distance of Disney Land. We got a free breakfast at Dennys.

Pretty Decent Hotel

The location was great. Beds were pretty comfortable but on the firm side. Everything was clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed the pool, easy walking distance to Disney, and the included Denny's Breakfast vouchers.

The Air conditioner is a bit dated and was pretty loud. It seemed to have to run a lot to keep the room cool and everytime it kicked on it was very loud. Didn't know that there was a $15 parking fee until checkout. The price we paid at the hotel ended up being more than what was listed on our booking confirmation.

Great price and suited us as we had spent a lot on Disney tickets.

Facilities, lovely pool and hot tub, bus stop outside (payable, book online). machines with soft drinks or you can buy in shop next door or in reception, no prices on either! Free hot drinks in reception. only negative was the damp smell in the room, although the bath/shower and facilities were all absolutely fine, just stripping off the old wallpaper and carpet would probably freshen up the rooms and they were clean, just a little dated. my Partner was even able to watch the Everton game early in the morning! can cut through hotel California down Disneyland drive on way back from adventure park ( entrance near Grizzly ride). can possibly enter park too but would need to go through hotel gate behind a resident, we managed it one night! you have to go through security bag checks to get into Disney- queue was long at 8am at the weekend. we had park hopper, could have probably just done one park each day, and not sure how good the photo pass is, as they don’t do photos on most of the rides, unlike UK theme parks. may have been my lack of technical knowledge tho! we had a meal at the Storyteller one evening- buffet and not worth in it my opinion. You will see characters around the park so no need to book expensive meals.Genie worked out well, you can start booking as soon as you enter the park, every 2 hours you can make a booking. Save until later in the day, as the queues are short first thing, so you could have a few rides ready and booked for the afternoon (2 hour actual ride times don’t apply just when you can make the reservation). restaurants get very busy so might be worth doing an app order for food. no quick kiosk type food, unless for things like sweetcorn, pretzels etc. was also surprised hardly any coffee stands, only saw one or two so you would have to queue in restaurant.

Slight damp smell in room, opening window solved that problem.

Clean & friendly

The staff were friendly and very helpful, particularly since we checked in later than we expected. Great basic motel and GREAT location for visiting Disneyland. Nice to have a kid-friendly restaurant next door that is open long hours too.

I think we were expecting something a little more updated. For example, given the location (almost directly across from a Disneyland entrance) I would have thought that the a/c would have been better (quieter, updated). Small but potentially costly update, I guess.

Gret staff, especially Ischel, comfy beds!

Staff was excellent! Ischel helped me and was so considerate offering the room choices she thought might fit our needs. I love pillows, need pillows to sleep especially after walking 10 miles a day at Disneyland. the bed was comfy, I had four lovely pillows, and a nice comforter. I appreciated the grab and go bags, they were a lifesaver for an emergency snack or water during the day. lots of hot water to sooth my tired feet, and good towels. The trim where the carpet and linoleum meet was cut about 2” short on one corner. The carpet layer didn’t do a good job on that and it will make a tripping hazard when it starts to loosen. There was a cigarette garbage just outside my door, and the other room had a smoker, so I had to walk through his smoke each time I went out. Maybe the Smoking area could be moved. Other than that it was a lovely stay. My room was clean and neat, and we had a lovely stay! Thank you to all the staff. 😊

Good location for Disney vacation but not the cleanest hotel.

Even though the location of the hotel was good and staff was very helpful, the room we stayed in could have been a lot better. It just didn't feel clean enough. Specially the carpet looked really old and dirty, so much that we didn't want to walk on it bare feet.

Exceptional

I love the customer service. The room was nice 👌. Close to Disneyland. We would return soon. The grab-and-go breakfast snack or Danny's breakfast is perfect...

The only improvement would be to fix or replace the mini refrigerator. It didn't keep our drinks cold.

Great stay - would recommend

A short ten minute walk to the Disneyland Resorts, and sandwiched between a well kept Denny’s for when park food got tiring, and a local owned convenience store if I needed bottles of water, snacks or other items.

Had some trouble with the room key throughout my stay until it stopped working but was quickly replaced at the front desk

Passable

The heater had a burnt smell when we turned it on , therefore we couldn’t use it. Which was very hard being a cold winter rainy night/day . We didn’t sleep well since the room was cold.

I won’t go back strictly for the housekeeping issue alone. Do not make your guests sign paperwork about housekeeping jus

We stayed for 3 nights. You have to sign a paper upon check in that says you understand there isn’t a daily cleaning done in the rooms. However, when we returned to our room on the first night, we realized someone had been in our room and switched out towels. We called the front desk and they said it must have been a mistake. The next morning we were in our room due to a heavy storm and housekeeping unlocked our door and attempted to come in. Never knocked, never asked if we needed anything. It was creepy. We left our room in the afternoon and returned that night. Again, just like the previous day, someone had been in our room. I felt very uncomfortable and my privacy being violated.
