GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The place is just amazing, calm, clean and the staff is ultra cute and kind and gentle and welcoming!!!!!!

All good, maybe the free coffee in lobby was not good at that time ;) but all good...I highly recommend this place! a must!

Friendly, memorable hotel at good price

A friendly reasonably-priced hotel with a sense of fun and creativity. It's a nice touch to offer free coffee machine, water and snacks in the lobby area. On check-in they give you welcome pack with you name on it that includes a free airmail letter in their own design that they will mail for you plus a piece of a jigsaw on which you can record your experiences and thoughts and add to their huge guest-created jigsaw on the wall --- small but thoughtful gestures that add to the experience.

Great stay and would definitely come back to stay in future!

Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was designed to give off very cosy vibes. Also loved the free flow drinks, cup noodles and snacks at the lobby, It was also very near to lots of popular food places, we enjoyed our stay!

It was an overall excellent stay and I would love to return to this hotel again in the future.

The location was excellent as it had a 7/11, FamilyMart, Starbucks, and the MRT station just a five minute walk away. Staff are really friendly and helpful if you have questions and helped guided me through everything that I needed to know.

Sometimes the Wifi randomly cut out a bit for me but it wasn't to the point where I would complain about it.

地點非常方便，前往西門町及台北車站都好方便，吃喝購物十分便利，購物後又可先回旅店放下再出去，很好的位置。員工服務得貼心，房間size適中，十分整齊清潔，很喜歡房間有熊寶寶的香味，令人感到得舒適。公共空間好大，環境舒適，又有飲品小食提供，整體感覺非常理想，性價比高。

A pleasant and comfortable stay in the beautiful city of Taipei

The facilities is pretty standard, and because of the timing (during the New Year's timing) the pricing was about 4x what it should have been. However, we are very satisfied with the stay and how the CHO hotels are operated. The staff is fantastic, and the location is convenient for visitors and locals alike. I love the little touches they put for visitors to leave remarks and send postcards home.

Good hotel and location next to tourist attraction

5 minutes walk from Ximen station, Room was clean. Staff is friendly. Have 24 hours snacks available as complimentary. Staff can communicate well in English. Small unique hotel.

Decent location in XMD. Room was comfortable and clean.

Small establishment and the staff were attentive.

It’s on the 2nd floor - thankfully there was lift. The toilet was an issue of not being to flush toilet paper - which apparently an issue throughout old parts of taipei.

Wonderful stay with family with free flow snacks and drinks.

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The lobby has free flow of drinks, snacks and instant noodle. My sons fell in love with the microwaved popcorn! The rooms are small and compact but pretty clean. The venue is near Ximending and lots of food and shopping places.

The rooms are small and amenities likes toothbrushes, slippers and combs have to be retrieved from the lobby on the second floor. It is difficult for coaches or taxis to stop or park.

Travelled around Taipei sightseeing and eating amazing food.

Hotel is in a perfect location, right next to Ximen market and MRT station which made it easy to travel around Taipei (would definitely recommend buying an Easy card for travelling on the MRT). Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and always happy to help with our queries, added bonus was the free unlimited drinks and noodles from the snack bar. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Taipei.

Wonderful experience

Perfect location with few minutes walk to Ximen MRT station and shopping district. Room is very clean. Free snacks in lobby are fantastic. Super friendly and helpful staffs. Love this hotel!

Great Location, free mini bar and snacks etc, creativity activity for decoration or foot-print. Lastly, staff are friendly.

wifi is not that strong especially at late evening or night time. no gym facility. As Location at 2nd level onwards, need to really search the exactly location carefully.

This hotel was alright, but I expected something better (e.g. better soundproofing) for the price.

The staff was friendly and helpful and seemed to be fluent in both Chinese and English. I like how the lobby is stylish and has free snacks. The AC works well.

There’s minimal soundproofing, so you can hear people in adjacent rooms talking, and doing other private things you most likely don’t want to hear. Laundry service is overpriced at $100 NT to wash and dry a small basket worth of clothes. The piano in the lobby looks nice but is in very poor condition. The shower doesn’t have a door or curtain, so if you aren’t careful, you will get water all over the bathroom floor. The location is convenient but also noisy.

Great location for sightseeing

The room was clean and well equipped with all whats needed. The bathroom was great with a well made shower. In the lobby free drinks and snacks are provided 24h. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Good location and staff, basic rooms but clean and comfortable.

Great location, ~8 min walk from pedestrian area. Friendly and helpful staff, most spoke english pretty well. Free snacks and instant noodles provided.

Booked a "adjoining rooms" but it was not listed as "no window" so that was a bit disappointing. Cleaning staff did not take away dirty cups for some reason.

Overall i had a pleasant stay as the staff is really nice and friendly.

NO breakfast is included but there is free flow of beverages and food. Pleasant lobby with relax corner.

The bed is smaller then expected. i had booked for a king size bed but the bed i got is smaller than queen size. Heated water for shower is not consistent.

Perfectly fine property.

Gratis water, soda, ramen and other snack in the lobby was a nice surprise.

Humidity level in the room was not solved with AC. Windows sweat so much there was pools of water on the window sill. O

Located in a very nice area of Taipei. Hotel staff very polite. Nice snack bar. Clean rooms. Great atmosphere in the hotel! To recommend!!
