Perfekt :)

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sowie das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vor allem der Junge am Pool der „Lifeguard“ sehr aufgestellte Persönlichkeit und immer an seinem Posten er hat seine Arbeit sehr gut gemacht! Leider konnte ich Ihm nicht danke an unserem letzten Tag..

ארוחת בוקר עשירה מאוד, ותמיד נענים לכל בקשה . אך אין שינוי כל יום אותו דבר.

Great position and delightful bar the two gripes mentioned above!

Greatly situated hotel, easy access to shopping and taxis, and the great choice of restaurants on the marina.

The pool is tiny, with about 12 sun loungers and only very short slots of sun due to the high buildings around. Don’t stay here if you want your sunbathe. Very disappointing only miserable Nescafé sachets in the room with a kettle:) You’d think they’d stretch to a Nespresso at least for a 5 star hotel!

Charged an amount after checkout with no explanation!

We were offered 2 rooms to view which was clearly a way to get me to upgrade. I had already paid £1200 for the room and ended up paying £1500. I could’ve stayed at the address for this and had a better view and room size.

The bin in the bathroom had no bag inside of it. I had thrown away old mascara, only for it to be placed on the sink which is absolutely disgusting because it had the germs of all the millions of people who had used that bin with no bag. Also, rubbish wasn’t thrown away from bedroom when room tidied daily even though I left it to aside.

Loved it and will stay there again without hesitation

I liked the location, the amenities, the staff (very friendly and efficient) especially Daniel, Adnan and Ramsha, they were unbelievably kind and helpful. The breakfast was great too.

Maybe the room was a tiny bit small for three people but apart from that, I don't have anything bad to say, the exceptional service made up for it.

It is very nice hotel with all the conditions and beautiful view from your windows

Location is excellent, metro station is close to the hotel by walk, taxi is available in 1 min waiting period. You can enjoy walking, eating, shopping at the nearest mall as well, doing sport in the morning and evening. It is beautiful area to stay in Dubai

I loved location, variety of café's and restaurant's. The staff is very helpful and supportive. I got upgraded room to sea view marina beach with no extra charge. It is very clean and comfortable. It is recommended to stay for all guests to enjoy sunrise and sunset of Dubai Marina area.

I enjoyed my stay very much especially the night Marina view.

One thing I did like and will for a long time be remembered is the nice attitude of the breakfast team. I love the smile on the face of Daniel and his speed of service, EXCEPTIONAL! I couldn't forget Deepa the omelets chef. Great guys.

Ein tolles Hotel, mit sensationeller Lage, die Matro ist gut erreichbar und die Aussicht ein Traum!

Die Lage, der Ausblick (Marina-View), die Betten, der Pool, die Terrasse

Das Frühstück ist diesem Haus nicht würdig. Komplett rotierendes Personal, ein sehr lauter Frühstückskoch, nur eine Kaffeemaschine, viel zu wenig Tische, lange Wartezeiten, kein Besteck, keine Servietten. Unruhig. Die Auswahl der Speisen war okay.

Goed hotel met vriendelijke medewerkers die oog voor kwaliteit hebben

De kamer was altijd keurig schoon en de medewerkers Nahid en zijn collega’s zorgden ervoor dat het hotelbed kamer top schoon waren. Ook de medewerkers bij het ontbijt en receptie waren ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam

Fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean. Staff were excellent.

The hotel was immaculate. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Location was great, a short walk to the metro station and Marina Mall. The staff were excellent, providing swift check in and check out and tour booking assistance.

I book standard room with marine view but unfortunately I got a standard room with side marina view and big building in front of my window covering my view. And in the reception the said only premium room have full marina view. But this were not mentioned in booking Here I felt like I trapped and will not recommend.I attached two pictures which show the only view

I had an amazing weekend because of my stay!

The room is awesome! The bed that they have there is like you don't want to go out from that bed. And i try also the spa! They have a good offer massage with facial , it's amazing! The staffs are all friendly, accomodating and they have a great customer service! They even upgrade our room! Whenever i will go to dubai, i will always stay there for sure!

Not that u didn't like, but it was okay, only the pool is quite small. But it was okay.
