Was not as clean as expected. Was not as spacious as expected. Only valet parking at a cost. Breakfast was not good. Service was less than adequate. Found dirt bandaids and used latex gloves in the room . Not cleaned adequately.

spacious suite. microwave in room, reasonable upgrade cost, cot availability for suite, friendly front desk and valet staff, pub in lower level.

Superb

the location of the property is great to downtown Victoria & harbor. Front staff & valet staff very friendly & helpful. Having a kitchen area in our suite was wonderful to have breakfast & snacks. Also within walking distance or a short drive to Beacon Hill park which is a must when visiting Victoria.

unfortunately we arrived later in the day because of travel & had to have a room on the side of the construction site & the large crane. It will be a shame once the 14 story building is built beside the hotel as all views will be gone the side facing the parliament buildings. Other than that it's a great hotel!

Hotel was dated. No ammenities such as self laundry etc, which you can even find standard in hotels from the Hilton brand, in a lower price category. The buffet breakfast you have to pay for normaly is the same you get for free at more budget friendlier hotels such as Fairfield and Best Western.

My car got scratch during this trip, but the staff has patient to understand the case and follow up with me to investigate the details. I have to thank Micheal for his time. Lastly suggest not to open your car's back door when parking in parkade as their ceiling is low and has a lot of pipe there.

Overall good experience, but would have liked more transparency on some of the costs.

The room was nice and updated. Our arrival time got delayed and the hotel accommodated it.

The booking.com listing said "parking available". What it didn't disclose was that it's valet parking only at a rate of $27 per day. Also, it said there were pet fees, which is fine, but it didn't disclose that it was $50 per pet. So overall I ended up having to pay more for the hotel stay than I anticipated and felt my budget for enjoying the trip got stretched really thin. It made it a bit stressful.

Great location and nice hotel, very noisey heat/aircon

Great room (king suite) with sitting area and separate bedroom with a small kitchenette. Can get great views depending on which side you are on.

Poor sleep due to very noisey heat/air-conditioning system. Have stayed here before and forgot about it. It was noisey enough that we will have to think long and hard before booking again. Otherwise great hotel.

Comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

Book in process was quick and easy.

At check out counter when we were leaving we had a small problem with communication. We had asked to have our bill emailed to us but we never received it. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The stopper in the sink wouldn't come up high enough to allow proper draining.
