Nicer than advertised!

Loved the feel. It felt like I was in a fancy motel. The rooms are really really nice. They do have a breakfast but It is a buffet or restaurant style but you'll have to pay for it. They have a parking garage. Just keep in mind if you drive a large truck or vehicle they do have a oversized parking area. Is only a 2 and a 1/2 miles away from SeaWorld!

The parking garage was a little low in height for my comfort. The Clarence was 6'. If anyone owns a full size truck it will fit but just as expect to do a lot of reversing and forwarding in order to get through those tight turns.

Staff were friendly but the room was not very clean.

It was close to everything. Our drive to the zoo was short and there was a lot of food options nearby. Their breakfast menu was also good. The staff were friendly in the front desk.

The room was not clean. We got a double bed room and the fitted sheets on one of the beds were dirty. We asked for shower gel as the one in the shower was empty. It took 4 hours for us to get it. We ended up using shampoo as shower gel because we had to leave already.

My stay was ok. My family had a place to stay.

The entrance to lobby was a bit confusing. There is no parking for new check in only handicap. The parking structure is supper tight. At night, the property is very dark.

Same as above. Also there was only 3 towels and we are a family of five. The sofa bed wasn’t cleaned… it had existing human hair and a little dead bug.

空港から近くアクセスしやすい。付近には色々なホテルが集まっており、観光の拠点になるロケーションだと思います。ダブルツリーといえばチェックイン時のチョコレートクッキーですが、変わらず美味しかったです。フロントデスクのスタッフは親切で気持ちよく宿泊することが出来ました。

朝食会場のスタッフが少し笑顔が少なく、フロントデスクのスタッフと比べるとどうしても残念に思えてしまった。朝食はごく普通でした。美味しかったです。

Not worth the money paid

I liked the room as it accommodated my family of 6 comfortably.

Shower curtain was covered in black mold which my son is highly allergic to, the door to the balcony was so hard to open the front staff asked if we could switch rooms so they could repair the door, the carpet was filthy, and the pool was cold even though it stated it was heated.

It was great but the parking

Almost everything was great, the room was great clean, bathroom was good n clean facilities was great clean nice decoration. The staff was very nice on cordial.

Parking place was a nightmare, I pay 30 dollars a night for parking where there was none and had to park on red zones or in a very super tiny spot if any available in the parking structure. there was no lotion that was provided by the hotel, unfortunately I forgot mine.

After we had to move out a different hotel due to smell the Doubletree felt like paradise . All perfect, thank you

The friendly staff, the cookie and water upon arrival , the pool and a parking garage adjusted

When you enter the street with your car you need to do it slowly to not touch the ground

I had a bed to sleep in for the night.

Overall, the facility and experience were just neutral. The place offered me a bed for the night.it wasn’t dirty, but the room Was worn and underwhelming…. The carpet had a fairly large and significant burned/melted patch

The beds are not comfortable, don’t even use the sleeper sofa The worst mattress ever! But the rooms are very beautiful

The location was perfect if you’re going to Sea world . the rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful and nice

The beds are uncomfortable certain spots in the room if you’re and a double queen room the one bed next to the wall does not get any of their conditioning and a sleeper couch mattress is horrible! the mattresses are not that comfortable.

Not the best

The location was nice and the staff members were very helpful and kind.

The room was not what we were expecting or promised. Got the first room on the first floor so felt like privacy was a bit compromised. Shower head didn’t work very well and the bathroom would flood if we used the shower.

I like the room but the couch was smaller than what picture in room view showed.

I didn't like the parking set up and the pool needed to be cleaned up from debris of plants. Not every room had the same amount of space and no microwave.

good family room but elevator too noisy in our room

all good and breakfast was great - the family room was nice and despite the highway, not too nousy

the pool was great but supposedly no food allowed, even though people were eating around it. also what was not good is our room behind the elevator needs mors sound isolation as we couldn’t sleep before 2am when people finally stop using it until 5/6 am when they star again. unbearable at some point.

It was OK, but could be improved.

Clean and need. Room could be updated as the cabinets kept opening on their own (broken), stains, a wash cloth provided had set in blood stains.

Staff and the amazing chocolate chip cookies.

A stressful birthday

Only 1 elevator was working so it took a lot of time to get to and from your room. My reservation was not ready at 4. It was ready about 45 mins after. I was going to my own birthday celebration soon after, so I had to rush. They charged me an extra $30 for parking for an extra car. I left shoes in the hotel and when I called, they said it was logged into the lost and found system.

Great Hotel, Great Price, Great Location

2 days before we arrived, I decided to read the reviews and immediately felt as if I made a mistake in booking and wish I could cancel my reservation, but it was too late. However; our experience was amazing! It was a very clean room that smelled so good. The staff was nice and helped me with checking in early. The beds were comfortable. And having the sofa couch was very convenient for our family of 5. My 5 year old son felt like a king sleeping in on it all to himself 😊

I would say the one thing that was kinda ok was the parking garage. We have a Honda Pilot, and I think I'm a pretty good driver, but those straight turns are no joke. You may have to reverse a few times to make the turn, but other than that, you're good.

Friendly personnel, breakfast not recommended.

If one has breakfast included one has to get a voucher from the front desk first to actually get the breakfast. Why no list in the breakfast room? The whole wheat toast was mouldy this morning. The scrambled eggs had the consistency of rubber every morning.

Very nice, short distance to most touristy areas and easy accessible to the freeways.

Staff really nice, rooms and hotel kept up really clean.

The extra pullout beds are outdated, felt like I was sleeping on only springs.

Very nice stay

The walk from the garage, it should be an elevator connected to the self parking directly to the hotel especially for woman coming in alone not enough lights walking from the garage through the pool area
