The location was perfect for visiting our daughter at the naval base across the street. The room was spotless, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping went above and beyond, making an already wonderful stay even more enjoyable.
Housekeeping did not service our room until around 4:00 p.m. While later than expected, it was only a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the excellent service we received.

I like how nice the staff was
That the bar/restaurant were not in the main building and most of the doors did not open so you had to walk all the way around the property. Also the parking sucks on this property.

The location was very good across the street from the pierand convenient to eateries convenient stores and not far from shopping center with lots of restaurants
Parking was expensive charged daily $25 and there was not not ample parking for guest

The property was decent. I had preplanned my visit, Post facelift and at check-in they gave me a room where I would have to walk up multiple sides of stairs. Made no sense to me. I had previously asked for first floor. They moved me rooms where a convention was happening and I heard people all night long got no sleep, and it was the furthest building from the main entrance possible.
There was one person on site that actually drove me to my room, thankfully for him because customer reception was not helpful
