It is clean and the rooms are decent size and cozy

The view is great! Just know some of the balcony rooms don’t overlook the courtyard area which is what we had expected.
AC was not great. The room one was pretty much non functional. The Split unit that was installed was also not able to keep up. The room would heat up quickly once sun was up and stay warm until late night. I don’t know that we ever got it under 77 degrees. Luckily I brought a fan and was able to use that to assist. The valet parking is quite a joke as well since it’s legit a parking garage under the hotel, or street parking beside the hotel. There were only 2 towels in room for a 4 day 3 night stay. We asked a housekeeper for additional and she was out so had to get from the front desk. There was also a lot of noise from above at all hours. I think we were under a rooftop patio of some sorts.

Calm, clean, the location.
They did not have towels for us on time and we wanted to take a shower. It took more than an hour for them to deliver them.

The location was really good and the harbor was beautiful.
A/C didn’t work upon arrival. No discount was offered.
