Wonderful, we will be back sometime this summer

I loved the room itself. and room service was pretty fantastic. The hotels location was perfectly centered around everything we wanted to do.

I know there isn't much you can do about it, but I do wish that breakfast in the morning wasn't such a zoo. It was really hard to even get breakfast as well as even get an elevator up or down. But we just opted to go our for breakfast instead, so it worked out just fine :)

Overall, the experience was not worth the price.

Room was nice and clean.

Breakfast was too crowded; we had to wait in line for a long time to get food. Additionally, the elevators were also crowded, which made it take some time to get to the 16th floor where our room was located, and to come back down.

I basically beg my friend to stay at the embassy suite and it was a disappointment and embarrassment

Overcharged, and I had to clean myself & bother the overworked staff.

It was centrally located and the staff were very kind and pleasant.

They were grossly understaffed at every level and busting their butts to get things done with a smile. There was zero chance of them ever keeping up with a hotel that busy and packed.

We needed a place to stay for a week of seeing the main attractions in Chicago. Worked out well!

Friendly staff, good food, good location, comfortable beds

The location is ideal

-Have to ride three different sets of elevators just to get from your vehicle to your room -The rooms were never cleaned even though requested; we addressed this at the desk so at least we could get fresh towels; fresh towels were never sent up BOTH nights of the stay -The room linens were smelly; especially blankets; they smelled of body odor -The hooks for towels in the bathroom were broken so no place to dry the towels which were necessary because we were unable to get more due to no housekeeping -No bathroom fan -We reserved and paid for a king suite; the bed was a queen (we even measured to be sure) -No more than two employees at the reception desk even when the line was over 30 people long each afternoon. The third lady was only there for Hilton Honors only and did not relieve the regular line at any point. Each night when we stood in line just to get a clean towel, we had to wait 30-40 minutes and the towels never arrived as promised. -only 2 of the four elevators were operating at any time on a very busy weeknight so would wait 10-15 minutes just to get up to your room -The shower head needed replaced. It sprayed 180 degrees each way so took forever to shower -The room refrigerator constantly hit the wall so an effort to open without jamming fingers

Weekend trip

The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet bar was great, and it provided a lot of options. The happy hour that was provided was exceptional as well. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of shopping areas

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. It was a dusty in certain areas of the room. The window seat area was extremely dusty. Before I arrived, I called the front desk to ask about parking and they told me in was a flat 55 dollars, however I found out that I was charged 55 a day to park at the hotel.

Overall it was ok but I’ll probably find a different hotel in the future.

Location was great. View from our ‘city view’ room was awesome. The included breakfast was very convenient.

The room could have been cleaner. Our pull out sofa bed mattress had mold spots on it. They replaced the mattress for us. Pretty gross.

Good, but...

Great location and friendly staff.

One of the rooms was average, and it looked outdated. Our second room was better, bigger. The hotel is big, and it was very busy. Lots of guests, a lot of people having breakfast, which offers many options, by the way. However, my family got food poisoning on our last day, unfortunately. Perhaps the hotel could implement the protocols we used in the covid crazy years and better control how the guests serve themselves in the buffet area.

CAME FOR THE JAZZ EASY TO GET TO AND FROM

BREAKFAST ON CHECKOUT DAY

PEOPLE IN THERE PJ MESSING WITH THE FOOD . EVEN SEEN A GUEST WALKING AROUND WRAPPED IN ONE OF THE BIG GREEN BLANKETS FROM THERE ROOM DRAGGING AND FLINGING IT AROUND THE FOOD. WHY WAS THEY ALLOWED IN THE AREA ?

Good

Only 2 of the 4 elevators were operational. At times there were very long lines. The $53.00 daily parking fee was very expensive and I was very upset as I was quoted $20/day over the phone.

Park your car and off you go

The location is perfect. We could see the Wrigley Building and Chicago River from our modern 16th floor suite. Everything was walkable.. Navy Pier, Big Bus stop, Architecture River Cruise, shopping, deep dish. An AMC and bowling alley in the building for a rainy evening. Happy hour drinks and snack trays included daily, along with a nice breakfast.

Good place to stay; good location; Nice, but overpriced.

Room was very nice and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast was very good.

The elevators often had lines (sometimes quite long) to get up and down from the room. I don't know if one of the elevators was out or what. Kind of hectic in the lobby at times. Lots of people in not a very big area.

great location

the staff was cold -the check-in manager was rude and blamed extra charges on the fact i had booked the hotel using a third party(priceline) the cashier at the gift shop was sooo rude to my wife
