Best hotel that I've stayed in.

Loved how they they welcomed me with my name on the tv and I had a great view.

Shower curtain was a Lil short so water got on the floor to which I had to use more towels to clean it up which I didn't mind but felt bad for using more towels than usual.

Very good hotel and fair price.

Good bedroom, good bed, good shower, good breakfast. Enjoyed the stay.. Good garage and friendly front desk.

It's ok for a 3 star hotel and the location is excellent, but I wouldn't stay again

Location is the best one

The hotel is very well located, being able to do everything by walking. It is a 10-minute walk from the Space Needle and Mopop Museum. The hotel is okay for 3 stars, when I visited it was renovating the walls in the hallway, so there was dirt from paint and leftover materials in the corridors. The bathroom was renovated, everything seemed to be new. You can see that it is a very old hotel that is being renovated. The cooling system is old, the doors and locking system are also very old. It's ok for a 3 star hotel and the location is excellent, but I wouldn't stay again. With another 50/80 dollars I would stay in a 4 star hotel.

The staff was very nice and pleasant, the breakfast was excellent.

My room was not clean, it has a damp smell and the carpet was very dirty. My comforter was also dirty.

Choose another hotel!!

Location was okay but on a noisy street. Some staff were friendly but was not managed well. Check in was a nightmare and did not get into suite until after 4:30 pm when was promised we would receive early check in after arriving very early in the day after disembarking cruise. Was told manger Kyle would contact us but never did. Very disappointing, recommend not using this hotel!!!

Very good

Great breakfast available. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. A really nice touch to have my name on the tv as I walked in. Makes the guest feel very welcomed!

The lighting was not our favorite. My friend and I both preferred to get ready in the hallway of the room because the lighting was better. Other than that, we didn't have any major complaints at all.

Exceeded our expectations, would happily stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. Once we parked in the secure area we were able to walk or take public transit everywhere we wanted to go that weekend, super convenient! Loved the qfc right across the street, and the area felt safe and clean.

Parking spaces were a little tight, but being able to park in a secure garage was very reassuring.

Good Space That Appears Negelected

The room was spacious and nicely equipped. We had a suite with a bedroom, a full kitchen, and a sitting / TV area. It would have been very comfortable if attention had been paid to detail and the room had been maintained.

Where to start. I really want to like this place: The staff are great and its location is outstanding if you want access to downtown Seattle. But it felt a lot like a cash cow that was being milked without reward: Our bathroom sink leaked, the bathroom door handle was so loose I worried it would fall out in my hand every time I turned the knob (yes, the screws had worked themselves out), and, oddly, the toilet ran from about 4AM to noon. It appeared to be tied to the city water pressure ...? And, because I drive an EV: They advertise themselves as providing EV charging, but there is only one charger. It has a Tesla adapter, so, if you don't drive a Tesla, bring a Tesla Tap or equivalent. The charger is in a space that is kind of small. I drive an EV6 and had a heck of a time pulling into it. Best of luck to all of you.

they supplied a shower chair for my elderly mother

beds were awful, the hotel smelled like wet dog and cigarettes, the window next to ours had 4 bullet holes in it and the food at the free breakfast had mold on it and when you mention it to a worker they didn’t do anything for a full 20mins just continued to let people eat moldy food

This location had one of the best Breakfast quality and service out of all the Hampton Inns I've stayed at

The Room

Breakfast - The orange juice was out of service the whole time (4 days). Only one type of milk (reduce fat), and the last day at 8:00 AM there were not more milk, no butter, no cream cheese, no regular bread. This is unacceptable. You should not include breakfast as a part of standard service because some time you choose a hotel based on the services and this is like misleading.

Great location, ok stay

The closeness to downtown and the ability to cook, because we had a suite. Breakfast availability was a time and money saver. When I called we received what we were in need of

Many things were broken and we didn't get the upper suite we asked for. The carpet was in need of a good cleaning. There was a musty smell when you first enter room. The fireplace, the stove fan, the blinds, the coffee maker and the light on patio, all were broken.

The suite room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped. OK bathroom, breakfast and Wi-Fi

Even though the room was OK, some parts (socket covers, door handles) were nearly falling off My room was not ready at 4 pm (which is already quite late for checkin time). They made me wait for another hour, which I did not really appreciate after 20 hours of prior travelling I asked the staff to provide me a detailed receipt at checkout, which they refused to do with the excuse being that I made my reservation via Booking.com. After that Booking.com contacted them directly with the same request, but sadly I still got no response from the hotel :(

the room was clean and comfortable but this place does not meet Hampton Inn standards and is overpriced for what it is.

convenient to cruise ship port, Pikes Market, Space Needle. Pub and grocery very close

lobby bathrooms locked, due to vagrants wandering in and out. just didn’t have a feel or odor of cleanliness in hallways. Front desk was understaffed when we arrived.

Overall pleased except the pullout bed

Location, cleanliness and the breakfast.

My husband said he’s had a more comfortable bed in jail then the pullout bed provided. It was horrible.
