前台工作人员态度非常冷淡，问早餐的价格他不知道，让我直接去问餐厅。早上起来遇到客房服务人员。问她餐厅在哪她也不知道，叫我去问前台。酒店房间也很小，很老旧。除了位置方便点，其他一切都没有好印象。性价比差！不会再住了。

pleasant but a bit pricey due to peak booking week with conferences nearby

it was convenient as it was close to my relatives and friends. plus parking on premises. I like the bathroom with new shower cabinet and it was clean. no mildew.

couldn’t get a coffee or a bakery nearby as breakfast at hotels is usually not my preference. housekeeping didn’t check the state of the kettle I asked for before delivery. it was moldy and burnt particles inside the kettle. it was disgusting.

Convenient location to get to downtown Vancouver

Check in and out was efficient. They held the room for us as our flight arrived late at night. Comfortable beds and clean. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated.

No Airport shuttle due to the labor dispute. We stayed in a Junior suite. While the beds were comfortable, the sofa bed was not. This room was tired looking and due for an update. Price of the room was crazy expensive (more than $700 CAD) for 3-star hotel.

Close to airport, convenient to downtown Vancouver

Our room was a double Queen room. Beds were extremely comfortable and grateful for the extra pillow that was not a down pillow. Room was clean and a decent size. Check in and out was efficient. Sky train and a White Spot restaurant for breakfast was not too far and a walkable few blocks away.

No airport shuttle due to the labor dispute, which was the main reason for booking this hotel. I realize that it is peak season and will always have guests because of proximity to the airport, but with no extra little amenities in the room that are appreciated or complimentary breakfast, the price is obscene for a 3-star hotel. (More than $630CAD/night). Don’t pay for the breakfast if you do not get it complimentary! Walk to the White Spot or Starbucks which are a few blocks away.

Not worth the money

The lounge furniture was dirty, the minibar was empty no glass in the room, no informations about the hotel or the surroundings, poor breakfast

A perfect night before an early flight.

It ticked the box for what we needed. The staff were friendly and engaging. We had an early morning flight so was perfect for the stay been close to the airport. Parking is extra. When we booked this hotel we thought we’d drop the hire car off the evening before and use the hotel shuttle bus to the airport the next day, when we checked in I discovered that the shuttle bus staff were striking so no transport available other than booking a taxi. The hotel were very apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault, we kept our hire car and they gave us free parking for the inconvenience.

The hotel didn’t feel in a nice area of Vancouver so didn’t venture out.

Good

THe hotel is ondergoing renovations in the main areas, with the rooms already done. However the rooms/hallways still look dated. A renovation is more than moving in new furniture.

Strike workers and the noise definitely affected the stay. The rooms and service were excellent

The striking noise from the workers woke me up in the morning and continued throughout the morning which wasn’t very relaxing at all

Overall we’re happy staying in the hotel

Location is excellent, easy reach to skytrain and walk distance to nearby restaurants. Was able to check in early so a big “tick”

Happy that it was only a stopover before our flight as the room seemed small and dark for the price

The bedrooms were clean and the bed was comfortable

It appeared rundown tired and old fashioned and ugly in the foyer and public rooms and not what I’d expect from a Hilton or the cost of the room or the 4 stars that booking.com gave it.

Overpriced- especially for a dirty hotel

Comfy beds

Cleanliness was terrible. Stains all over the couch, weird spit-like marks on one wall, bathtub didn't drain, no lotions or soap provided, and only 1 small shampoo/conditioner for a family of 5.

Over expensive hotel - not worth the money with no room service for 10 days

We did not get breakfast at the hotel

Breakfast would have been good especally after paying AUD$750.00 per night. It ws the most expensive hotel we have ever stayed with no room service. The essentials was not topped up daily unless you asked for it. There was no microwave, toaster etc in the room. The room was small and the bed very uncomfortable, we asked for king bed and got 2 queen size beds which took up the space in the room.

view was disappointingly bad. noisy partying in the pool that went on until the early hours of the morning. no provision of any motel information, food facilities, very limited room service menu, not even a pen provided. no mini bar provisions and shop in hotel did not even have popular soft drinks like coca cola.
