The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you could need for an extended stay. The building was incredibly quiet—we didn’t hear a single other guest during our visit.
The location in Steveston was perfect, with a 10/10 walkability score. We loved being able to explore the area on foot, and the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly was a huge bonus as we were traveling with our dog.
Since the property doesn’t have any staff all communication is done through email, phone, or portal. Communication could have been quicker and better.

Fantastic property in a lovely location. Can’t fault it. Housekeeping staff member was lovely.
Checking in process is awful. We had no data or wifi for a week before our stay so access to the property was impossible.
You needed a code to get in and couldn’t get the code if you hadn’t registered on their portal - impossible if there is no wifi or data available to you.
It’s an unmanned hotel so had to track down a lovely housekeeper to help but the problem was exasperating as unlike a hotel where you show them a passport and credit card you had to enter these details on a portal ( which we couldn’t access) before getting the passcode. “For incidentals “ - there were no incidentals available and the property had been paid in full two days prior to arrival. There needs to be a better way of checking in for foreign visitors with no internet access
We stayed in another place the week before where the passcode was sent to me prior to arrival. That’s all this needed to get straight 10’s
